Pros:

Pros:

very big room (we took suite with 1 bdr), full kitchen, very clean. Amazing location if you need to be around Tech Center.

Cons:

Breakfast is standard but they look understaffed so all the tables are dirty, they just don't have time to clean them.
They have their own parking onsite, pretty big but you have to pay $15 per night what was a surprise for me considering it's not a downtown and there is plenty of parking around.

Specious apartment

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the room, the floor was very sticky and the carpet as well. I hate that feeling.

Pros:

The two bedroom suites were quite spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. The beds were very comfortable and everything was thought of and provided. The breakfast was also better than the similarly placed hotels.

Cons:

There was no safe deposit box in the room. The passages leading to the rooms looked dated and were also smelly.

The only Hyatt I'll stay at!!!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. The pool area and overall atmosphere felt upscale and luxurious, especially considering the price point. We really appreciated the quiet hours after 10 PM, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

The staff was outstanding! Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The location was another huge plus, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The entire property was well maintained and spotless. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait until our next trip.

The room size they staff was great

Cons:

Parking was a little crazy they only had 2 handicap parking spots and the rest of the wrapped around the building which if my room wasn't just in front of the hotel because I got a handicap room. Find a spot close enough to the front door was difficult if I returned later in the evening. The parking fee at $15 per night for self parking was almost a hidden fee I saw it when I got my confirmation email the day before I was suppose to arrive.
