I wish all hotels were this excellent!
Pros:

Everything!! The staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and cozy, perfect location for college sports events, quiet, GREAT rooms and very comfortable. The staff make a great experience 1,000% even better.

I had a great experience
Pros:

The accommodations were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Staff kept the area very clean and well stocked. I was impressed at the level of customer service given by any staff. It is appreciated.

your guests shouldnt have to pay for parking when paying 800 to stay with you that should be included in the price!

I was in shock paying 50 a day for incidentals so i was already not too happy with paying 1000 dollars the girl at the front saw my bf not happy and then proceeded to not tell us about parking charging us daily??? its a parking lot? thank god it isn't a store no one would have any money. Upon leaving and seeing our bill i was mad we called to get it resolved, sorry but stating that on the parking pass explains the charge is not the way to inform your guests . I didn't read it I figured it told tow trucks we ere staying there for what dates not a disclosure of how much more money they would take in the end.. After speaking with Josh he informed us he would investigate and return our call, he's as faulty as the parking passes.

I love this hotel. The breakfast is great so is the location and the room itself was wonderful. So much room especially traveling with kids and a baby!

Great location/ great size of a room
Pros:

Nice room and very specious. It had everything I needed. breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The room temperature was high, and it was too hot. I had to turn the AC on.
