Comfortable and convenient but the niceties were missing.
Pros:

Liked the suite and the comfortable couch

Cons:

Parking was not free. This was a tech center, not a downtown hotel. The coffee was terrible an the lighting in the room was poor. The brown bathroom and outside bathroom areas were ugly

The location is excellent, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast is horrible, there was nothing tasty or healthy to eat. They advertise a delicious breakfast. I didn't know what they charge a parking fee. The hotels in the area don't charge for a parking.

I wish all hotels were this excellent!

Everything!! The staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and cozy, perfect location for college sports events, quiet, GREAT rooms and very comfortable. The staff make a great experience 1,000% even better.

I had a great experience
Pros:

The accommodations were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Staff kept the area very clean and well stocked. I was impressed at the level of customer service given by any staff. It is appreciated.
