When I looked at my credit card account on Monday, August 3, two days after my stay, a $50 hold was still pending on my account. Whatever the hotel's reasoning about a necessity for a hold, it should be released sooner so I don't have to keep checking if it is eventually released, which is a hassle. Thank you.
The front desk staff were very unprofessional and rude, showing little consideration and treating people with no respect. They could definitely benefit from customer service training, or they should consider finding another job that has nothing to do with hospitality and customer service.

We traveled for a last minute funeral for my uncle. Our stay was smooth and easy during our difficult time. It made everything a little less stressful.
We’ll be staying here in the near future as we will Be coming to visit family more often from Virginia.

Hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly.. room was clean, hallways were clean and smelled fresh as well. The hotel is in a great location. It was super easy to get to shops and food places.

The request for near elevator was not granted and hotel did not feel safe a lot of residents who used this hotel as housing did not feel comfortable bed was horrible

I like this hotekl a lot and i am travelong only for business.It has all i need: Kitcehcn and all teh stuff so i can make my food as i want.The rooms are great and comfortable and lately they did a huge renovation.

Nothing bad to say.
We went for a soccer tournament. Stayed in a two bedroom queen bed suite. Overall the room was wonderful. Our only complaints was seating. The kitchen area could have a few more counter chairs as there is only one and a rolling desk chair. Plenty of room to have more tucked in. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. This is a sofa bed but was less comfortable than others I have sat on in rooms. With the two bedrooms not really sure a sofa bed is needed maybe offer a rollaway if someone needs
