Me cancelaron mi reserva y me tocó conseguir otro hotel,

El día que llegue enviaron un correo electrónico informando que tenían problemas con mi tarjeta, pero yo no vi el correo porque estaba en el tour del cruce andino, sin internet y cuando llegó me sorprenden con la noticia de que no tengo reserva.

Faltaram toalhas todos dos dias. Éramos 4 e só deixam 2. Lixo do banheiro extremamente pequeno, papel higiênico transborda pois não comportava com 4 pessoas usando. Vaso sanitário antigo, com o assento desgastado nas bordas, com a madeira aparecendo. Aquilo não é possível higienizar por ser o mdf aparecendo.

A internet não funcionava e era vendida no anuncio como "alta velocidade incluida".

O Chuveiro do banheiro estava com problema, tinha que escolher gotas de agua quente ou agua gelada para tomar banho. Problema para esquentar com fluxo de agua.
