Cons:

Asked for a high floor as the trains going by are really noisy, but was only on the 7th. The trains passing by were really loud plus I could hear the guests next door, cue to the interconnecting door, it felt like they were in the room.

Very nearly perfect.
Pros:

Everything inside the property was fabulous. We had a large clean comfortable apartment which was serviced every day and had everything we needed to really make ourselves at home.
The staff were great, an email was sent following our stay asking if there were any issues with the room and they came straight back telling me they’d fixed what I’d pointed out (which was super minor!)
The location is great for getting around the city and the supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away.

Cons:

There seems to be high drug use in Melbourne and unfortunately where this hotel is, it seems to be particularly visible.

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the location with tram stop right across the road. Having a kitchen is so handy. Made use of the pool this trip, as it was so hot. We were able to get a late checkout which is always appreciated. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel after checkout, as our flight was not until the evening.

Cons:

The rooms facing Flinders Street really should have double glazed windows, to drown out the noise of the trains and traffic, however, it didn't disturb us as much as I thought it would.

Some difficulties with room and elevator entry cards, which you can use only in your floor, but if you traveling in a big group of friends and all lives in different floors - it makes some difficulties.
