Great place to stop for a night
Pros:

Firstly, the staff members were exceptional. Every person we came across was friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. There was plenty of space in our room. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. Laundry facilities were included which would be excellent for a longer stay. Trams stopped just outside the front door and a railway station around the corner.

Cons:

Our room had a shower over the bath which may be difficult to manoeuvre for the elderly. The shower itself was powerful and temperature was excellent and easy to adjust.

You can hear train noise through the night so may not be great for light sleepers but it really wasn't a concern.

Average accomodation, suits a purpose, but massively overpriced for multi night stay
Pros:

Parking was extremely overpriced, as was the overall accommodation. Thankfully, we managed to find free parking elsewhere, though it wasn’t close by. The property is located in a rather grubby part of town with a lot of rough characters around, and we didn’t feel entirely safe coming and going.
The facilities themselves were old and worn, though everything functioned well enough for our stay. It basically served its purpose. The balcony, however, was filthy and unusable—not that it mattered much, as there was no view anyway.

Cons:

The price was far too high for what was offered. The pool and gym were very average, and we didn’t end up using them. Reception service was minimal, which added to the impression that the owner is cutting costs while still charging premium rates. If guests are already paying top-tier prices for accommodation, the parking cost should be significantly cheaper.

nice, clean and easy
Pros:

Was great location and an awesome apartment.

Cons:

Need to improve the bathroom. Need to take out the bath and put in a decent sized shower. No hotels have baths anymore it’s very 1980’s

Cons:

The air con was leaking water directly onto my bed & I needed to relocate rooms. The bed in the first room had no padding left on the mattress so all I felt was the springs, & in the second room I was moved to the door lock was broken.
