Pros:

Several of us came in from West Virginia for our annual meeting and these guys accommodated us with absolutely no problem at all the staff was amazing the rooms were clean the beds were very comfortable they offered a breakfast each morning I have not one complaint about our weekend .

Nice hotel. The complimentary breakfast every morning was very good! Lots of food and shopping places aroubd the hotel. Room was clean. Lots if outlets for chargers. Staff was friendly.

Property was quiet and food was decent. Overall pretty clean. No hairdryer in room, plug by bed had no cover on it, and door was really difficult to open. 18yo Son had to ram it with his shoulder 3x to get it open. Got text at 11:30pm asking how we liked the hotel, which was really annoying.

I would’ve given this property all five stars, but they do not clean your room while you were there. We were there three nights, and they never came in our room to empty the trash, make the beds or clean anything. I thought that was very strange. The other thing is that the staff was all over the place all the time caring things talking laughing. They were all super friendly and helpful.people, but it was just very obtrusive that they were everywhere all the time. lol The elevators, the hallways it was just strange. But I would stay here again. The breakfast was great and everyone was very kind. If they cleaned our room rooms I would’ve given everything a five star.

Terrible service
Pros:

The property double booked our room and we had no where to stay. The entire town was booked up. We ended up having to stay 45 minutes away. We asked to speak to a manager and the woman working the counter handed us her personal cell phone. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. Hotels.com was great, however and got our money back for us.
