The hotel itself needs work. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly, breakfast was great also and included many options.

Cons:

The building seems old and dated. The elevator shook violently when it arrived at our floor. The bed felt and sounded like it was going to break when we sat on it. Overall, a little pricey for what we received.

Totally not worth the price!!!
Pros:

Breakfast choices were limited. Few hot items were bland. Breakfast area, like all areas, was too cold.

Cons:

Inside temperature everywhere was too cold.
and the AC was on blowing cold air while the outside temp was in the 50's. The room was set at 62 with the AC on! The TV guide was disabled - had to scan a QR code to only get a listing of the channels (which was inaccurate) and no actual program listings.

Very nice play to stay and Pete was super friendly!
Pros:

When we came to check in around 4 pm on Saturday, October 11th Pete was the person we dealt with and he was fantastic!! He was so kind and knowledgeable. I am very glad he was the one checking us in.

Cons:

How the price was $217 for ONE night!! All we needed was a place to rest our head and it was so expensive in my opinion for just one night.

Cons:

Morning breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed to be MIA whenever I needed them, but they were nice enough. No one in particular stands out in any way. Acceptable place to lay your head, but nothing beyond that. We were there for a concert. The best aspect was the location. We were less than a mile from the venue.

El desayuno fue magnífico, más de lo que esperábamos. Además el trato del personal fue excelente de todo el personal y estaba tan bien ubicado que me sorprendió.
