Beautiful suite accommodations and delicious breakfast
Pros:

When we entered the room we were surprised to see a full size fridge and dishwasher plus the cute little stove top. I wasn’t expecting that when we booked. Plus the “Welcome Joy” greeting on the TV was fun! The shore was luxurious and so was the bedding. We enjoyed a nice rest after a busy day of moving our student in. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

Cons:

We didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the amenities. We didn’t arrive until after 10:30pm and left before 10am.

Cold coffee and dirty grills
Pros:

I liked the location and the parking space. It's very easy to reach the campus or downtown urbana. Check in was easy and staff was helpful when asked.

Cons:

We stayed for almost a month in the end, and there was cleaning 3 times only. The grills downstairs are disgusting, desperate for cleaning and maintenance. There is saltpeter on the ceiling above the swimming pool. The Hotel is desperately needing maintenance. Breakfast was standard, but many days cutlery missing, coffee cold... There is a lot to do there. It can be a great hotel, needs a proper handyman doing maitenance there and perhaps a happier cleaning team.

Pros:

Room was very quiet, which I very much appreciated. The breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. There was a variety every day - so that was appreciated. Room was very clean & the hotel is located near the local custard shop!

Cons:

Дуже брудна підлога в номері . Шматки якоїсь їжі минулорічної , грязь , дуже було не приємно , тим паче , що ми були з дитиною яка ще повзає . Сніданок не вау , як всі пишуть , просто нормальна звичайна їжа .
