Now it’s a disaster run by non professionals that don’t even answer the phone.

Aire acondicionado súper ruidoso, alfombras súper sucias, no dan agua y si quieres rellenar tienes que bajar a un sotano; un elevador estaba descompuesto que complicaba llegar y salir de la habitación en un piso 6

Otoparkı var yazıyordu ancak otoparkı yok. Başka bir yerdeki otoparkla anlaşmalılar. Kahvaltı var yazıyordu ancak yoktu.

The bathroom was a bit oldish. Would benefit from slightly larger rooms and different

Location
We'd booked our stay at AMTD months in advance, specifically booking this hotel because of the location. We'd made plans and dinner reservations.
At our arrival at 8pm on a Friday night, the unempathetic staff told us they had changed our booking, moving us to the Hilton Garden Inn in Midtown.
I was pretty gobsmacked, as I hadn't been contacted to which they said "you used a third party" (booking.com). Booking.com has a chat service, to which the staff didnt say anything. Booking.com also gives them the guest phone number, but the AMTD did not care for that either.
The hotel they moved us to wasted our time of commuting each day, wasted our energy,and moved us to a worse hotel (which had a range of issues, including AC stuck at 85F).
I have since tried contacting the AMTD (and booking.com) who have ignored calls.
Staff do not care, so why should you stay here?
De locatie naast de metro, nette kamer met mini fridge, koffieapparaat en magnetron.
De tweepersoonsbedden zijn wat aan de kleine kant. Queensize zou comfortabeler zijn voor een verblijf voor ons gezin met vier personen.
