Bene la camera ma si può migliorare qualcosa sul resto.
Pros:

La camera era ampia con tanti posti dove poter poggiare le cose e i letti molto comodi. Anche il bagno era ampio. Pulizia ok. Comodo il caffè gratis nella hall la mattina e l'acqua fresca e limonata il pomeriggio. La stazione della metro era proprio all'uscita dell'hotel.

Cons:

Personale di reception non troppo cortese. Ci hanno chiesto una caparra di 100 dollari a notte e volevano trattenerla per 5 giorni lavorativi dopo la nostra partenza. Dopo le mie rimostranze l'abbiamo riavuta il giorno della partenza. Condizionatore in camera rumoroso.

Pretty Good, Room for Improvement
Pros:

A good value hotel by NYC standards, helped by its non-descript but convenient location on top of Canal Street subway - so only 15 mins from mid or downtown. Rooms are fine, big enough and well kept. Bad points are the lukewarm showers, seemingly perennially broken lift (although there is at least another working), the poor soundproofing - we had a front facing room and it is not for light sleepers what with the noise of the traffic.

I thought the hotel was reasonably priced for Manhattan and I liked the location.
Pros:

the tribecca location had easy access to trains. The room was a bit small but adequate. Bed left me with a backache - could have been better quality.

Cons:

Elevators were painfully slow. Had to go to another floor for ice. I spotted a cockroach in common area restroom.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione lo spazio nella camera, la possibilità di oscurare le finestre ed il personale all’accoglienza che si è rivelato molto molto gentile e attento

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato alcuni capelli nella vasca e forse la moquettes poteva essere un pochino più pulita in camera, il dispenser dell’acqua sarebbe stato più comodo se fosse stato al piano terra anziché nella palestra

A great get away for my family!!
Pros:

The location was nice and easy to get to and from the city.

Cons:

There was only one working elevator. There was a restaurant listed on the website but when we got there, there was no restaurant in the hotel any longer.
