Overall good hotel and great location to get to many attractions easily
Pros:

The staff was professional and helpful when needed and the location is excellent for visiting many New York sights and attractions as the Subway entrance is just 20 metres away.

Cons:

Room was comfortable but small for 4 people. Little space for luggages. The double beds were rather small too.

No breakfast despite it being sold with, told it would be deducted from our bill - it wasn’t. Also told not sold breakfast for years. Only one lift and staff also use, so extremely long waits to go up and down. Still waiting for $100 a night deposit to be returned a week later

NYC Escape
Pros:

A moderate, clean hotel, located in the Soho area, very close to Little Italy and Chinatown.
Not too expensive for NYC and very safe, police cars patrol a lot.

It’s totally worth price, location, staff and room. It’s clean

Just the part that the elevator during the morning doesn’t come right away because only one works that’s a comment I saw by others but it’s not that bad. I liked the place

Pros:

Расположен прямо у входа в метро. Позитивное место. Удобная пешая доступность до достопримечательностей практически в любую сторону. Чисто. Комфортно.

Cons:

Нет завтраков, но утренний чай, кофе, напитки частично компенсируют его отсутствие. В остальном все понравилось. Депозит вернулся во время, проблем с ним не было.

Közel a metróhoz, kedves személyzet, megőrzik és kulccsal zárják a poggyászt a kijelentkezés után is.

Cons:

Hiába szálltunk meg hárman, kettő volt mindenből (törölköző, papírpohár) Reggeli nincs, nem működik az étterem, vásárolni lehet csak náluk snacket és üdítőt. Jelezték hogy a Booking írja megtévesztő módon, ez még kivizsgálás alatt van.

Adequate but not exceptional.
Pros:

Location was very good. Close to SoHo. Subway outside the hotel. Room size was decent.

Cons:

One of two elevators was not working during our week long stay. Front office staff were indifferent to the inconvenience this caused the guests. Hotel does not serve breakfast or any meals.
