The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the amenities provided in the bathroom were lovely
The heater in the room sounded like a car engine - it was SO loud. I had to sleep with it off as it kept waking me up and then the room was freezing. The room felt very tired and needs some updates making. There was only lift in service and it took so long which wasn't ideal on the 6th floor.

I think they are short of staff. Breakfast opened late and room cleaning happened late the evening which was not convenient.
Only one elevator works and it takes forever to go up and down. We had to wait for a while before going up or down. Also, the coffee is only at lobby for a very few hrs.
We asked for 3 laundry bags and only one was given.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, including the bathrooms. The location is excellent and felt very safe. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Soho, which made it convenient for getting around. Overall, the property itself is well kept and pleasant to stay in.
There were two issues during my stay. First, the in-room dining experience was very disappointing. The room advertised in-room dining with Hilton branding, showing that it was available until 11:00 p.m. At 10:30 p.m., I placed and paid for an order through my phone. The order later showed “out for delivery,” but it never arrived. When we contacted the front desk, we were told it was handled by a third party and that they could not help, which was frustrating given that it was advertised as a Hilton service. The next morning, I received a message saying the food had been delivered when it had not, and it took several hours of contacting customer service to resolve the issue.
The second issue was that only one lift was working, which caused long waits and was quite inconvenient. Another guest waiting with me also expressed the same concern.

The cleaning was good, although they forgot to provide the correct number of bath towels each day of our stay.! The breakfast menu is very limited and something was missing every day. Location is exceptional! Overall everything went well and it was a good stay
The front desk staff were very nice. The people running the breakfast were rude as hell.
We couldn't get the employee off their phone long enough to order any food. She had major attitude.
Very comfortable bed, spacious room
Refrigerator didn't work, lost $20 worth of food because of that. Only one elevator, which caused crowds in the lobby, and had difficulties with extending a stay, so I gave up.
