All the Staff-Thank You----I don't have all the names.....many deserve a heartfelt -thank you
Missing jewelry and unhelpful staff. I left two rings on the nightstand between the beds in room 105. They are gone. Staff was super unhelpful and just told to wait until the manager comes back in the morning.
Room had a modern feel and ample space.
Breakfast was an up charge and wasn’t significantly better than standard free hotel breakfasts. One of our 2 rooms was not fully cleaned (bathroom had been skipped). My DIL had already asked to switch once because of a leaking toilet and the baby had fallen asleep, so she cleaned as best she could herself. I did not learn of this until later, but that is unacceptable, especially given the cost of the room.
The room size was nice. The separate sitting room allowed for extra space.
Breakfast was a pay only buffet. Other hotels provide a hot breakfast for free, which makes them a better value.

So friendly and loved the flexible hours to enjoy the spa and pool...very accommodating...great location
Design and location
Kitschy/odd designs trying to seem current. Plus problems with check in, front desk attitude.
This hotel is not nearly as good as it once was. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms have become inconsistent, and you never know what kind of room you will receive. In the past, the experience was reliable and predictable, but that is no longer the case.
During this stay, I encountered multiple unacceptable issues, including urine stains around the toilet, towels with visible holes, hair left behind by a previous guest, and a room phone that does not connect to any department in the hotel, including the front desk. It raises the question of what purpose the phone serves if guests cannot use it to contact hotel staff.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of response from the front desk when I reported these concerns. The staff member I spoke with appeared completely uninterested in addressing the issues and offered no meaningful assistance. There was no sense of urgency, concern, or commitment to guest satisfaction.
Furthermore, I received a text message from the hotel asking about my stay. I took the time to respond and clearly outlined the concerns I was experiencing. However, I never received any acknowledgment or follow-up. If guest feedback submitted through these messages is not monitored or addressed, it is difficult to understand their purpose. Requesting feedback without any intention of responding to or resolving concerns only adds to the frustration and leaves guests feeling ignored.
I have included photographs for reference. It is difficult to believe that this is a Holiday Inn property. The overall condition, cleanliness, and level of service felt far closer to a budget motel experience than what I have come to expect from this brand.
This stay was extremely disappointing, and unless significant improvements are made, I would have serious reservations about returning or recommending this hotel to others.
Staying here feels like a gamble. You may receive a clean, well-maintained room, or you may encounter the issues I experienced. Given the rates being charged, guests should not have to hope for an acceptable room. If you end up paying premium prices for a disappointing experience, consider this review a cautionary warning.
It was convenient, clean, and staff were pleasant and helpful.
I miss the free breakfasts. Nowadays motels charge for breakfast. The cost of rooms has gone up. You really have to shop around.
We were traveling with two bikes and the room had a decent amount of space to bring them inside for the night.
No notes.
We originally checked in at their Sister hotel, the Holiday Inn express/suites, there was an issue with the room (ants) so they sent us over to this Holiday Inn Boise airport. The front desk person, Josie -Front Desk Manager , was extremely rude. I asked if we were going to get the same rate and she just started firing back at me. I even told her, I am not being confrontational, I’m simply asking.
Other than that, the room was very nice and very clean. The next morning, checking out, there were different staff at the front desk and they were all very friendly and very nice.
Josie does not project a very positive image for your hotel.
