Location is fantastic, like the drinking water facilities.
Room was near lift which was loud, room was very dark due to an internal view, and room was fairly small, no little extras had to pay for all in room bar tea and coffee. Breakfast not really the quality you would expect.

Everything, beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, food was average at best, and I've stayed in better premiere inns.
Excellent hotel in the central location close to everything! The only problem I had was the air conditioner is very loud, i had to turn it off at night. We got lucky the weather was cool during our stay. Otherwise all was great .
I would have expected a better view for the price I paid. Also the bar drinks were far too expensive and don't expect a surcharge when we are staying there and get our own drinks from a miserable batman

Fantastic location, possibly the best to be able to explore all that London has to offer.
Interactions with several staff members felt noticeably formal and unwelcoming at times, with an approach that came across as more gatekeeping than hospitality-focused. While professionalism was evident, a warmer and more accommodating demeanor would have significantly improved the overall guest experience.
