Some areas need a touch up ( a bit of paint here and there). Very lovely old ornate building though.

Pros:

Rooms were very standard for the price but you pay for location - however 'because of the location' it was impossible to get any sleep watsoever!

場所がいいので止まってみたけど部屋がプライスとミスマッチ本当に残念だった。

スリッパがない
ベットが湿気ていた/布団が。
浴槽がない。
カーテンが開けられない部屋だった。

Perfect location in London, comfortable but small room.
Pros:

Great location close to embankment, HoP, Buck Palace and Soho. Small room but lovely common areas. Some staff not fully trained. Reception and restaurant manager were excellent.

Cons:

Bar staff and concierge.

It exceeded our expectations; we stayed there 11 years ago, all has remained very good.
Pros:

Enjoyed the guest room with coffee and tv, we called it the library.

Cons:

I would have liked to open windows wider, but I understand why that cannot happen. They did open a bit. The shower/tub is a bit high to step into, you might add a grab bar for more stability.
