Cons:

Was charged for room and payment taken then was debited payment pending for room and possible damage payment so had to freeze my bank account and cancel card due to second payment not having hotel identification attached. Had to ring long distance to confirm it was them. Unnecessary anxiety from not knowing about second transaction

Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly placed almost right next to Trafalgar Square (you can see the square from the entrance.) It is also very near two underground stations. The hotel itself is lovely, from the second you walk in the door it is breathtaking. We were greeted really nicely and check in was simple. The room was very clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The view from our room….or serious lack of! Whilst you could argue most city hotels won’t have a view, for what we paid for the room I would expect better than what we had, literally the back of two other buildings in very close proximity. In fairness though we only really slept in the room so the view wasn’t important. Just a little comment about the bed too, it was quite high, I am 5’5 and had to really make an effort to get into bed, that is not a critique though, just a comment.

Goede locatie, alle gemakken, mooi, maar wat verouderd gebouw
Pros:

Klassevol, het kingsize bed met hagelwitte overtrek lag heerlijk.

Cons:

Kamerbreed tapijt is sowieso al slecht voor onze allergie, maar hier was het best wel stoffig.
Enkel glas in de ramen die best wel een likje verf konden gebruiken, veel lawaai.
