Pros:

Our stay was simply perfect. My husband and I had a wonderful time and felt truly welcome throughout our visit.
We especially appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. There was no noise at all, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a great night's sleep every night.
The room was always spotless and beautifully maintained, and the towels were changed daily. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.
A special thank you for the thoughtful birthday surprise waiting for me in our room. It was such a lovely gesture that made me feel truly special and made our stay even more memorable.
We would like to thank the entire team for making our holiday in Malcesine so special and unforgettable.

Pros:

Der Empfang - die Rezeptionistin ist sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent, sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Bett ist bequem. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wahl!

Pros:

Prijateľský a pozorný personál. Chutné raňajky.Skvelá poloha v centre mesta s možnosťou parkovania a ako bonus dostatok parkovacích možností v okolí. Hotel má taktiež skvelú reštauráciu s bohatým výberom jedál a priateľnými cenami . Navyše ako hotelový hosť máte k dispozícii aj zľavu . Zarezervovali sme si menšiu izbu ktorá však bola dostatočne vybavená. Na izbe je chladnička, konvica, káva a čaj a hlavne klimatizácia tak ako aj v reštaurácii čo bolo veľké plus. Celkovo s našim pobytom v tomto hoteli sme boli spokojní a hotel nám poskytol všetko čo sme potrebovali a určite sa radi vrátime.
