Pros:

La posizione era comoda perché vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati all'hotel nel pomeriggio, entrati in camera abbiamo scoperto che il condizionatore era guasto, segnalato il problema alla reception, la ragazza ha detto che avrebbe mandato il tecnico ed ha scritto il numero della nostra camera su un biglietto. Rientrati la sera abbiamo segnalato di nuovo il problema e questo si è ripetuto per due giorni tutte le volte che rientravamo.
Un addetto alla reception ci ha detto,in maniera scortese,che non poteva fare niente perché il problema riguardava tutto il nostro piano, non poteva cambiarci la camera perché non ne aveva a disposizione, se volevamo rivolgerci alla direzione potevamo farlo solo tramite mail.
Dopo aver inviato la mail ci è  stata assegnata una camera di livello inferiore, molto inferiore, che però ci ha permesso di dormire almeno una notte. Nel tardo pomeriggio al rientro in camera abbiamo scoperto che le pulizie della camera non erano state fatte. Rassegnati, passando davanti alla reception, l'abbiamo detto alla ragazza che non è venuta in camera a controllare ma ci ha dato gli asciugamani puliti.
Rientrati ci siamo coricati felici perché il giorno dopo avremmo definitivamente lasciato l'albergo.
Alle ore 01.30 sono stato svegliato dalle grida di mia moglie perché qualcuno aveva aperto la porta della camera. Una persona ,credo un dipendente visto che aveva la chiave accompagnato da altre persone, forse dei clienti, ha chiesto, con tono arrogante, le mie generalità ed il motivo per cui mi trovassi li.
Dopo aver ascoltato le mie spiegazioni se ne è andato senza scusarsi ma dicendomi di bloccare la porta, cosa impossibile da fare perché la catenella era danneggiata.
Viaggiando con lo scopo di visitare le  città ,non alloggiamo mai in hotel di lusso, siamo quindi abituati ad adattarci al tipo di struttura ed alle  persone che vi lavorano, ma non ci era  mai capitato di trovare  personale scortese ed incompetente come in questo albergo.

More like poor youth hostel quality
Pros:

The website looks promising but in reality the hotel is very dated and dirty. The room we stayed in was actually very poor. Located directly on the street side. During our stay it was very hot and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The only solution was to open the windows at night but there was so much noise from the street (restaurant across the street cleaning up in the middle of the night shuffeling tables around and a homeless guy residing in a tent directly outside the hotel who made a lot of noise) we couldn't sleep well. The room was really small too making it a challenge to move around. Very small bathroom. Broken soap dispensers. Toilet that didn't flush very well with a reservoir that took ages to fill back up. Door closers that shut the door with a loud bang. Breakfast is very simple and below average. This is more like youth hostel quality. Not recommended.

Schönes Hotel, wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet. Das tägliche Slush war ein Highlight. Gerne wieder. Metro direkt um die E

Lage, Frühstück. Nettes Personal, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, Slushmaschine

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht immer bei uns, merkwürdiger Geruch vom Bad oder der Klimaanlage. Das war in den 2. gebuchten Zimmer nicht der Fall. Auch ging ein Bettlicht nicht.
Zimmer prinzipiell sehr klein, es gibt aber wohl auch etwas größere. Kein Kleiderschrank, bloß ein paar Bügel und ein Regalboden. Hat aber gereicht.

Lovely place (but check the air con works in room 404).
Pros:

Very convenient for the main stations and metro to the sights.
Staff lovely, breakfast good.
Comfortable beds and air con fantastic in hot weather (in the rooms where it works).

Cons:

Room 404 air con broken so room very hot. We were given a fan but nothing more done or offered.
