Pros:

Das Zimmer hat alles was nötig ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Paris. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, sowie Badetücher, kleines Willkommensgeschenk und einen TV. Lift ist auch vorhanden.

2 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die Metro Nr 7 und 12min entfernt zu Fuss der Bahnhof Gare du Nord. Das Quartier ist sehr süss, lebendig und voller kulinarische Vielfalt.

Cons:

Man hört alles was im Flur abgeht, aber mich persönlich hat es nicht zu sehr gestört.

Poor customer service, good location.
Pros:

Just a short walk from Gare du Nord and Metro also close.

Cons:

Awful customer service. Lady who we met at check in did her job but without a single hint of smile. Some other staff were the same. At the morning of our leave, we were in a hurry to train and wanted to crab fast coffee. For us being less than 10min early of the beginning of breakfast (7.00) chef came and yelled at us. We got the impression from other staff that she is like that.

Very clean and good location - close to the metro and plenty of good restaurants around.

Cons:

On the last night our air conditioning didn't work - to be fair we didn't contact the reception about this I'm sure they would have tried to help. A small fridge would be a nice addition.

Bon séjour mais je ne recommanderai pas et ne reviendrai pas. Pour plus de 200 euros par nuit, on peut trouver mieux da
Pros:

Établissement calme dans l’ensemble et notamment ma chambre qui donnait à l’arrière et non sur la rue..
La propreté de la chambre , literie, sol, et de la salle de douche, sanitaires et linge de toilette. L’ascenseur.
Emplacement de l’hôtel dans un quartier animé où l’on trouve tous les commerces de proximité et de la station de métro .

Cons:

Personnel à la réception pas très sympathique. A part bonjour , aucun mot d’accueil pour le client.
Pas de table de nuit d’aucun côté du lit. Impossible de poser un verre d’eau pour la nuit ni un réveil, ni un téléphone donc
Les prises de courant de chaque côté du lit (et de plus pour une personne âgée qui ne voit pas bien et ne peut se baisser) sont complètement inaccessibles puisqu’on ne voit pas pour mettre la fiche dans la prise du mur même si l’on a 35 ans
Aucune lumière douce dans la chambre mais cet éclairage violent de 2 grosses boules qui descendent au dessus de la tête lorsqu’on est couché, ne permettant pas de lire et fatiguent la vue
Bouilloire dans la chambre mais pas une dosette de café ou un sachet de thé qui serait apprécié lorsqu’on arrive avec la fatigue d’un voyage
Le personnel du petit déjeuner ne dit même pas bonjour lorsqu’on arrive ds la salle et ne répond même pas à notre bonjour
Petit déjeuner sans grand choix et le même chaque jour : œufs uniquement brouillés, même charcuterie, pots de confiture ouverts avec les mouches dedans , jus de pomme insipide comme le breuvage de l’accueil sans aucun goût, une eau teintée de couleur orange

Μου έκλεψαν τα γυαλιά και δεν μου απαντάνε στα Μυνηματα που του στέλνω ούτε στυλώνει κανείς το τηλέφωνο που περνώ.
Ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικος και πολύ μικρό.

A great location near the metro, with countless options of bakeries and restaurants all around.
Cons:

There is room for improvement! It was over all a basic breakfast and most of the days when the eggs finished they were not refilled!

Perfectly located hotel, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Excellent location and good aircon in a heatwave! Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The shower was very tight , fine for us for 2 nights for quick showers but worth noting.
