The room smelled liked they were trying to cover up the smoke smell. The room needed some updating. And the staff was not very friendly.

This was an extremely frustrating and poorly handled experience. We were told by the front desk that the building would be undergoing a water shutdown and that we needed to pack all of our belongings and leave our room before 4 PM. We woke our family early, packed everything, and rearranged our plans based entirely on the hotel’s instructions.

When we returned to the front desk, we were suddenly told that the water shutdown had been canceled and that we could go back to our room. No one had contacted us to let us know. When I expressed my frustration about having packed everything and disrupted our family for no reason, the receptionist was rude and simply walked away.

To make matters worse, when we returned upstairs, our room keys no longer worked. After everything that happened and the way the situation was handled, we ultimately had to leave the hotel and find different accommodations.

We were also not the only guests affected. Other guests received the same instructions from the receptionist to leave their rooms because of the supposed water shutdown. When at least one of those guests was later told to return to their room, they discovered that the room was already occupied.

The lack of communication, organization, professionalism, and concern for guests was unacceptable. What should have been a relaxing stay became stressful and disruptive for our entire family.

Rude staff, dirty room (dust, mold, bugs). Room looked very neglected.

No elevators and we were on the third floor with 2 elderly people.

I didn't like that it was trash and dirty linen out say my room door and the cable went out and didn't get fixed. Not being able to watch TV was very inconvenient.

The rooms were very nasty, filled with roaches. We were moved from the first initial room due to very nasty bedding. The bedding in all of the rooms were very dingy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When I got to my room there was trash and dirty linen stretch out by the door and all along the walk walk way. The cable and Internet went out, which was very a convenience.

The staff was rude to me and my wife, they argued with an attitude about getting more towels

The staff at the front desk were very rude especially the lady with short blonde hair. The other front lady that was driving around d the parking lot fast smoking a cigarette. The rooms had a horrible odor, room hot, toilet was broken, and stains on the sheets. Overall this was a bad experience.
