Pros:

The space you get for the money.

Cons:

Late check in, room was not cleaned, had np other room the same as booked to replace, new room for not have lift working in shower area in 1 bathroom and the sink in the other was not draining, work order was never worked as told by staff

Hyatt - I wouldn't put my name on this property as it is currently maintained and staffed.
Pros:

Room was nicely appointed and planned out for an extended stay place.

Cons:

1. A/C Failed to work on arrival room was @ 60 degrees. Tried to raise the temp, turn on heat. just poured out more cold air. Shut the unit off. Contacted the front desk. Was advised that maintenance had already left the day. This is a Friday at check-in time, for a two day stay. No follow up or care to get it repair.
2. On the the kitchen.... Ice Machine inoperable, no glasses or coffee cups.

Temperature in the apartment was 58 degrees when we returned from dinner Friday evening. Ended up turning on the stove to get warm!

Wouldn’t do it again
Pros:

The location was ok

Cons:

My room floor was wet. The toilet made a weird sound for 5 minutes after flushing the toilet. It smelt really bad when you walked in. The cabinet doors wouldn’t stay close and the couch was stained. The comforter was also too small for the bed. The tv was just like static so I couldn’t watch anything. The toilet sounded so bad that I ended up leaving the property at 2 in the morning cause I couldn’t get comfortable.

Very disappointing and not worth the money
Pros:

Location , room size

Cons:

The property has declined , isn’t being kept up. My room , the shower had a whole in the wall and there wqs mold present. I took photos
The carpets we not clean and had crude patches. I have photos
The room was not fitted , there was no wash or hand towels and the kitchenette had no forks and one spoon.
Very disappointing for a Hyatt property and I will likely not stay more recommend to my colleagues and corp office in Irving TX not to use

If I return to Dallas I certainly would be staying there again

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Location is very close to the DFW airport, but everything else was terrible. The room was not cleaned when we arrived. We saw trashes and dirty dishes from a previous guest. Necessary supplies were not in place in the hotel: No hair-dryer, no body wash, no shampoo, etc. When we asked for the hair dryer and other supplies at the front desk, we couldn't get any support needed due to the shortage of onsite staff.

Decent but likely won't stay again
Pros:

Proximity to plaza across the street with restaurants and close to DFW.

Cons:

It just felt kind of seedy, I didn't feel comfortable walking around the property at night. Room wasn't dirty but definitely needs maintenance

Unclean room and keys for occupied rooms
Pros:

I was given the key to an occupied room after midnight and scared the occupants when I opened the door. The next room had filthy furniture with stains and thick substance clearly visible on the cushion. The couch and chair were completely unusable. The room smelled of stail smoke and musk and the carpet and floor strips were coming off of the floor. Will never stay here again.

Terrible
Pros:

Very poor. Room conditions are terrible and the hotel is in a desperate need of renovation. House keeping are not thorough and every time I have stayed here I've had cockroaches - staff informed but they don't do any thing about it. Often appliances and/or kitchen items are missing and have to be requested multiple times before they are actioned. Beds are comfortable though so I guess that's a plus point

Great Hotel Visit
Pros:

Great location, right off of the highway. The check in staff, especially Dewey and Irina were so polite and welcoming. Dewey and Tony went out of their way to find us a room that fit our needs. The free breakfast was great with much more food available than what I am used to finding on your typical free buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a great night's sleep. They also have a restaurant with a limited menu. The buffalo wings were fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Really not what expected from the Name Brand itself.
Pros:

Staff was great

Cons:

Room is outdated and had to switch rooms due to the heater not working. Front door huge gap causing the cold air to come in. Bugs in closet and on the bathroom towels.
