Location was good, atmosphere was old looking, rooms not well maintained, we had dirty bedding saw bugs and there was no pots to cook with. The dishes were put away wet and dirty. Just a horrible experience. This is nothing I expected from a Hyatt.we are Hyatt members and have stayed at quite a few this one was by far the worst. ]
The experience at Hyatt House Las Colinas was unacceptable. Our family booked a Trio Suite and the condition of the room was very disappointing. Feedback provided directly to site management and corporate to ensure rooms are adequately cleaned prior to guests entering. Attached pictures speaks for itself. I’m a very pleased World of Hyatt member but this reservation forced me to relocate to the Grand Hyatt. We recently booked at the Hyatt House New Orleans and had very high expectations for Las Colinas
Location to everything in the city
Rude staff, dirty room (dust, mold, bugs). Room looked very neglected.
I liked the room setup.
No elevators and we were on the third floor with 2 elderly people.

I didn't like that it was trash and dirty linen out say my room door and the cable went out and didn't get fixed. Not being able to watch TV was very inconvenient.

The rooms were very nasty, filled with roaches. We were moved from the first initial room due to very nasty bedding. The bedding in all of the rooms were very dingy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I like the fact that the location was remarkable.
When I got to my room there was trash and dirty linen stretch out by the door and all along the walk walk way. The cable and Internet went out, which was very a convenience.

The staff was rude to me and my wife, they argued with an attitude about getting more towels
The bed were comfortable and the pool was nice.
The staff at the front desk were very rude especially the lady with short blonde hair. The other front lady that was driving around d the parking lot fast smoking a cigarette. The rooms had a horrible odor, room hot, toilet was broken, and stains on the sheets. Overall this was a bad experience.
Sad sad sad. Lied to about early check in availability, mildew down back of bathroom door, floors/carpet are nasty, A:C not consistent, sheets and comforter are paper thin, no extra blankets. This hotel is gross. Needs major renovation!
GOT MOLD POISONING — terrible front desk staff; fought me during every interaction. Was unhelpful at best, messed up during check-in and check-out. Room had one towel for four people and a mostly used roll of toilet paper.
The room’s carpet was so dirty. We hadn’t enough towels. When I arrived , the lady at the front desk had a really bad humor and made us wait until 4 pm for the check in outside the hotel (it was 3.30). The breakfast was really bad

I walked into my two room hotel and the second room had a used grey towel look like last person left it on the night stand and the bed had dead bugs on the pillow. So I was on high alert. However when I go to check in the site says $12 parking but the parking is $14 per night per vehicle it will be taken out of your deposit amount. I asked for 2 parking permits. I then call front desk to tell them I only need one because we were no longer doing the rental. She told me that was fine they would only charge for one. Then I give them my card for the $100 deposit. 2 hours later I get hit for another $60 dollars. So we are now at $160 for deposit. Next morning I wake up another $160 has been taken out of my account besides what was taken out by booking.com for the room. We are now at $320 for a two day stay deposit. The day I check out I ask the front desk clerk how much is the deposit she states $100. I then show her the hits to my account and poor lady didn’t even know how to explain it bc to her knowledge it’s $100 deposit. Only thing she could tell me was it would come back to my account in 3-5 business days. So now since was prepared for an additional $320 taken out of my card. It’s cause a major inconvenience.
