Decent but likely won't stay again
Pros:

Proximity to plaza across the street with restaurants and close to DFW.

Cons:

It just felt kind of seedy, I didn't feel comfortable walking around the property at night. Room wasn't dirty but definitely needs maintenance

Unclean room and keys for occupied rooms
Pros:

I was given the key to an occupied room after midnight and scared the occupants when I opened the door. The next room had filthy furniture with stains and thick substance clearly visible on the cushion. The couch and chair were completely unusable. The room smelled of stail smoke and musk and the carpet and floor strips were coming off of the floor. Will never stay here again.

Terrible
Pros:

Very poor. Room conditions are terrible and the hotel is in a desperate need of renovation. House keeping are not thorough and every time I have stayed here I've had cockroaches - staff informed but they don't do any thing about it. Often appliances and/or kitchen items are missing and have to be requested multiple times before they are actioned. Beds are comfortable though so I guess that's a plus point

Great Hotel Visit
Pros:

Great location, right off of the highway. The check in staff, especially Dewey and Irina were so polite and welcoming. Dewey and Tony went out of their way to find us a room that fit our needs. The free breakfast was great with much more food available than what I am used to finding on your typical free buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a great night's sleep. They also have a restaurant with a limited menu. The buffalo wings were fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Was not renovated.. And water was pouring from the bottom of sink while washing dishes, was a busted pipe.

Really not what expected from the Name Brand itself.
Pros:

Staff was great

Cons:

Room is outdated and had to switch rooms due to the heater not working. Front door huge gap causing the cold air to come in. Bugs in closet and on the bathroom towels.

How quite and convenient

Cons:

Everything needs to be updated , cleaned more cares for more I had to buy products to clean the room I had went to 3 rooms before I found 1 good enough to sleep in and pool needed a good clean but the 2 front desk workers were amazing!!!!!

Pros:

It was very comfortable and the beds were very clean.

Cons:

Some of the dishes had not been washed and had to be thrown away because they were so badly covered in mold.

Average . A little disappointed specially for a name like Hyatt.
Pros:

Liked the breakfast and different menu everyday .

Cons:

Over all the stay was comfortable. The suites need major upgrade specially the bathrooms and carpets in the sure were very very old . The shower curtains in one of the bathrooms had some sort of mold on them and were not usable . That was a bit disappointing.

My family and I have stayed and the Hyatt House whenever we are in the Dallas area! My kids use to love it there! This time was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! We got there check in was smooth was really smooth but didn’t have any keys to the units.. every time we left and came back a worker would have to let us in our room.. we got in the room it was only one roll of toilet paper in the 2 bdrm unit , chips and candy paper under the pull out sofa ..and one face towel we went down to get more tissue the poor front desk person gave us (family of 4) one roll and look like it was a pack of tissue she bought from home to help out..I still didn’t complain I just went to buy tissue because clearly they were having problems! But day two when the kids were asking for pizza.. I went to open the oven it was a pan of cabbage in there that may have been there since Christmas.. Remind you this was Jan. 3rd.. not to mention there were a few roaches! This was my 1st bad experience there .. and I pray they get it together!

Disorganized and dis functional
Pros:

It was accessible and near a lot of food options

Cons:

At the time, the key system was down so we had to wait for someone to let us into our room and every time we waited at least 20 minutes to be let in.

Cleaning staff doesn't do a good job, there were dirty clothes from the prior people wadded up in the closet, the showers were not clean.

The Tv in one room was completely shattered and unusable
