Nice rooms, frustrating process.
Pros:

Rooms were nice.

Cons:

Systems were down so it took an hour to check in. I called to make sure everything would be ready to go for our early flight and they assured me it would be ready. It wasn’t and it took about 20 minutes to check out.

Pros:

Good size comfortable room

Cons:

Check in took one hour . This was longer than our flight from Florence. Apparently, Marriott had whole of Europe computer crash. No information , management missing in action to explain . Reception staff left under pressure to deal with the problem.

It Was a Very Bad Stay.... But Again, Staff is very friendly but the Hotel Should be closed for renovation

The Location is Great, The Staff is very Friendly..... as for the rest it s a disaster

Cons:

The Property Situation, Almost Demolished and still being used, bathrooms are like Ghettos Salvaged Toilets, Beds are super Unconfortable, Linen is very rotted and rough and looks like 30 years old
