Excellent staff, location, convenient restaurant, and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel was excellent! Especially Helen and Sang. When I lost my camera they went above and beyond to help me. They translated, made calls, helped coordinate transfer of my camera to the hotel, and set up transportation so that I can get it delivered to my home address! With out them I would have lost pictures of all the memories we made.
