Whilst being close to the main railway station and the city centre, the area the hotel is located in was quite run-down and did not feel safe at night.
It was not possible to control the room heating. The only way to cool the room was to open the windows.
A proper shower cubicle rather than a bath tub with shower would be a great improvement. The shower screen was poorly designed which meant water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor.
有不错的意式餐厅
客房提供了免费的纯净水,这点很好,因为慕尼黑似乎水质较硬,用自来水烧水容易烧出水垢和异味
Large room ,breakfast friendly staff
Toilet paper was so rough ,no robe in room
I had the opportunity to stay for one night, and I'd say it's an above-average hotel.
The room was clean and the location was very good. Room service was delivered incredibly quickly. People in the bar were also very helpful.
Since I mentioned we were two adults and one child, I expected the beds to be more reasonably prepared.
The biggest issue was the 35 euro parking fee, it's excessively expensive! I would have expected a more reasonable and affordable price for hotel guests.
Central location and decent breakfast selection.
Stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very unpleasant experience. When we first entered the room, both beds were covered in small black hairs, as if someone had shaved there. There was also hair in the bathroom and visible stains on the toilet, which was unacceptable.
We had to ask for the sheets to be changed. When the housekeeper came, he also noticed stains on the “clean” replacement sheets and had to go back for another set. This showed a serious lack of hygiene and quality control.
To make matters worse, the next day I discovered I had been charged twice for the room. The first payment was taken by Booking.com before arrival. Then the hotel took a €50 deposit, and during the night they charged an additional €103. When I raised this at reception, they said it was a system error and that the money would be refunded — but that still hasn’t happened.
Overall, it was an awful and stressful experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
Location is near the subway and main train hub. Close walking distance to old town. Great cafe next door. Very good restaurant inside the hotel.
Room was a bit smaller than my liking but good clean rooms.
