Cons:

Every time we have stayed at the hotel we have had to contact the hotel to request the credit card deposit be reversed

Otel bölgesindeki diğer otellere fiyat olarak daha uygundu ve karşılığını verdi. Oda ver yatak genişliği yeterliydi. Tek kişilik yatakta karım ve kızım beraber yatabildi. Bölgesi çok göçmen olduğu için sokaklarda garip tipler vardı ama bir sorun yaşamadık.

Cons:

Kişisel bakım ürünleri olsa iyi olurdu. Girişte gecelik 50euro depozito alınması tat kaçırdı ama nakit verdim ve çıkışta nakit geri aldım.

Das Hotel hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Reinigungsdame, eine ältere, unglaublich herzliche Person, die ihre Arbeit mit viel Sorgfalt und Freundlichkeit erledigt.

Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis war auch der Service im Frühstücksrestaurant: Nachdem ich am ersten Tag ein Omelett bestellt hatte, wurde mir an den folgenden Tagen ganz ohne Nachfrage bereits eines frisch zubereitet, sobald ich den Raum betreten habe. Sogar meine bevorzugten Toppings wurden berücksichtigt. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit haben mich wirklich berührt und den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Cons:

Die Umgebung entspricht der typischen Lage in Bahnhofsnähe, lebhafter und nicht ganz so einladend, dafür aber sehr praktisch und gut angebunden.

在訂房時沒有說要收押金，退房時雖然有說押金在24小時內會退還，可是一直沒有收到退押金的紀錄。直到信用卡帳單出來才知道他在請款的時候直接扣押金。
