Alla fine è stato un soggiorno positivo.
Pros:

Colazione ottima
Stanza ampia
Posizione buona vicino alla stazione

Cons:

Il terzo letto era scomodo il materasso a molle.
Quello matrimoniale era un pò duro.
Abbiamo perso i primi 2 giorni di soggiorno perché Lufthansa ci ha cancellato il volo e siamo arrivati il 17 agosto ma ho pagato la stessa cifra.

Pros:

La struttura è molto pulita e molto comoda con il parcheggio sottostante. Si trova vicino al centro e alla stazione centrale e quindi è molto funzionale.

Cons:

Purtroppo il quartiere in cui si trova non è bello. Le strade sono molto sporche come spesso succede nei posti vicino alle stazioni. Peccato perché l’albergo invece è bello e pulitissimo.

Check in staff were terrible. They need to learn the Marriott way…

Cons:

Given a wheelchair accessible room and bathroom which we did not ask for but were rudely told that’s all they have or we needed to wait until 5:00PM to see what comes up. The bathroom was TERRIBLE

Pros:

The room has been cleaned every day. Location is good. No opinion about the breakfast so we did not have it. The hotel staff were frendly.

Cons:

There were no slippers in the room and enough tioletries in the bathroom. You can get them after calling the reception. When we checked in it was told that they had to block 700 Euro on my card as a deposit stating that it was the hotel policy. I objected to this requirement demanding that this condition be shown on Booking page. They could not find it and show it to me. Despite that they kept insisting me. When I asked the reason they answered very interesting way: just in case you have breakfast and can not pay for it. Of course it was a disrespectful attidude towards the guests. Finally, after a not-short conversation they agreed with me.
