Ana istasyona yakın olması büyük avantaj, onun haricinde hayal kırıklığı

Kahvaltisi lezzetli ve yeterli. Ancak sicaklarda her gun ayni seyler cikiyor. Konum harika ana istasyona 5 dakika yurume mesafesinde. Resepsiyon personeli güler yüzlü ve yardım sever.

Cons:

Bilgi verilmeksizin gunluk 50 euro depozito istenmesi oldukca can sıkıcı. Bu bilgi booking üzerinde de yer almıyor. Tüketiciyi yanıltıyorsunuz ve güven ilişkisini zedeliyorsunuz. Misafirden zarar karşılığı peşinen depozito almak nedir ya?! Ben seni tercih etmisim gelmisim muameleye bak… Odaya minibar konulmuş içi bomboş..Tamamen cimrilik üzerine kurulmuş bir sistem. Kaldığımız 5 gün boyunca çarşaflarımız hiç değişmedi. Hatta bir gün personel banyoyu temizlerken kirli havluyu katlayıp geri yerine koyduğunu bizzat gördük. Değiştirmesini istediğimizde orada bulunan amiri yanımıza geldi ve sorunun ne olduğunu sordu. Personel bizim yanımızda ona tüm odayı temizlediğini söyledi. Yani yalan söyledi. Ancak biz sonra gelmesini istemiştik ve oda henüz temizlenmemişti. Temizlik personeli her sabah sekizde alacaklı gibi çat çat kapıyı çalıp uyandırdı bizleri. Temizlik personeli tecrübesi bu açıdan zayıf diyebilirim. Temizlik sonrası dibi kalan suyumuzun yerine konduğunu yeni su verilmediğini gördük. Ayrıca banyoda bir sürü kıl tüy vardı. Kahvaltı personeli de işini isteksizce yapıyor gibiydi. Odada terlik yoktu. Sabun ve krem harici banyo kiti yoktu.

Das Zimmer war schön und ruhig, da es zum Innenhof gelegen ist

Cons:

Das Personal hat uns teilweise gar nicht wahrgenommen und 35 Euro Parkgebühr pro Nacht und 27 Euro für's Frühstück finde ich etwas überwiesen.

What more could I say. Our stay was simply perfect. Job well done by all.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is centrally located with great access to the train station. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and quickly checked us in. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and directed us to several great restaurants within walking distance.

Muy buenas condiciones físicas del hotel, la excelente atención, muy buena ubicación ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la estación central y a 10 minutos de plazas centrales.
