Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sehr umfangreich, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir hatten einen Notfall und sie haben uns wirklich sehr geholfen.

Cons:

Die Betten war etwas hart und eigentlich keine Doppelbetten (eher breitere Einzelbetten). Die Bar schließt zu früh. Preis-Leistung könnte besser sein. Münchner Preise!

Staff were not polite , despite paying for property upfront ahead of trip to be charged an additional 150 euros as holding deposit is not acceptable I am still waiting for the funds to be returned / released back to my card I have been home a week and being charged interest whilst waiting for my refund ? Also advised kids est breakfast free had to raise at time as was charged for this it dropped down but was not free ?! I stayed in room 123….
I will not be returning and disappointed that Marriott operate in this way ! I will not be recommending them going forward nor booking.com bad experience all round holding on to client money doesn’t not sit well with me and still waiting for my refund

Pros:

Very clean room with comfortable beds. Fully equipped with amenities.

Such a pleasant stay!
Pros:

Everything was good! Nice hotel nice room and even nicer staff, they were very accommodating. Communication with hotel prior to our visit was perfect and most friendly and professional we’ve encountered.

Pros:

Clean and tidy, spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows, we slept well. Sufficient storage space

Cons:

We missed the slippers for the room, we didn't bring our own, thinking that the hotel must have them.A sewing kit should be in the room as well.The location is good, but the neighborhood is questionable, we did not feel safe on the street at night

No service, we had to carry our own luggage to the room. No room service, you order from the hotel restaurant and go down and bring it yourself

Sólo el recepcionista Xang que nos solucionó el problema de tener una tercera cama para la tercera persona. Pretendían que durmiéramos 3 personas en dos camas de 1,20. También quisieron cobrarnos un depósito de 150€ sin previo aviso cuando reservamos.

Cons:

No cogimos el desayuno porque costaba como 27€!!!!!

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Air conditioner worked well.
Central location, within walking distance to the main station and old town. Next to a Lidl.
Mini shop open next to the reception even at night with some drinks and snacks.

Cons:

The area around the hotel felt a bit unrestful especially at night.
