Very nice hotel. Good location
The place is amazing, great customer service sure to book again
Excellent breakfast, very comfortable room, considerate and efficient staff, on site dining and spa. Would readily stay here again.
.
La localización es buena , la vista es lo mejor hacia el lago, muy amables , muy limpio, las camas no tan confortables .
A good expierence
Very nice stay. Fairly extensive breakfast. Easy walk to town. We didn't walk home in the dark from town we took a cab. Very helpful front desk when we needed transportation or anything else.
We really enjoyed the decor of this place and a very nice view over the lake. Parking was convenient. The hotel is somewhat removed from the centre of the town yet easily walkable.
We didn't much enjoy the food, it was very carb heavy and not to the **** standard.
Coffee in the morning was simply NOT coffee.
We enjoyed very much the nice welcome that included a refreshing cold mate and a cool damp towel to freshen up but once you enter the property's doors the view will take your breath away. Service was great in general, Hugo helped us at breakfast and explained to us the mate process. Hugo was just amazing! On the other hand, I have to say Marcelo, was our driver, and was supposed to take us on a day trip to the Brazilian side of the falls but the experience was not so great. Firstly he was not aware of the Brazilian board crossing rule and made us very nervous even saying we could be arrested so he took us all the way there and then decided to takes us back. He made us uneasy and nervous and then supposedly spoke to his supervisor saying then his supervisor said it was okay to cross. Needless to say we didn't want to do anything else with him. On top of that, he charged us 70 dollars to takes us back to the hotel although we stopped at Iguazú Town to buy some things. We thought that was a lot of money for the time. The next day we called an external taxi company that took us there and assured us that whole situation was not neccesary and for way less money. Lesson here, make sure you understand visa requirements and check all alternatives before you trust the hotel for excursions.
Great staff but location on the hill makes it inconvenient to get to the main dining areas.
They made our celebration fantastic. Very comfy bed and the hot tub was amazing! We went every day
Hermoso lugar, vista espectacular. Cerca de la via principal donde se encuentran restaurantes y tiendas.
The bathroom does not provide privacy
Everything was good, but they charge quite different price as they offer due to obscure exchange rate system.
The hotel is beautiful, with very nice dining and spa/pool. Beautiful views of the town and mountains. The staff were very nice and helpful. They upgraded us to a corner suite. Breakfast options were very good, typical. The only negative was that the room was too hot, and turning off the radiators did not help. However, the windows could be opened. There were barking dogs nearby, but that was our experience at multiple hotels in Argentina. Would highly recommend.
Great location. Staff was friendly and attentive.
The highs: Way above average food at the hotel restaurant! Chef is obviously talented, wish I remembered her name! and the service was fantastic! Shout-out to Gisela who was fantastic…Bar tender was friendly but disappeared every now and then (with 5 customers total in the bar area) which annoyingly broke the flow of the evening after a perfect dinner, so that sucked. Room was ok, bathroom sucked needs updating (skinny step-in tub shower!?) Location was a bit too far from the main drag but it’s a nice hotel overall with a small sauna and small heated pool (but no shampoo, conditioner etc in the shower). Some front desk staff great some boarder line rude (Bruno) wouldn't/couldn't help us earn Wyndham points, even after we explained, we could not access their site for the direct booking. And would not grant a noon check out ( 1 hour) even after spending almost $400 on food and beverages over 2 days, really!... could be managed better. Restaurant saved the stay, so we could ignore the deficiencies and loved our stay overall.
Beautiful hotel. Very spacious and comfortable, attentive staff , breakfast could be improved. Overall very enjoyable stay
