Pros:

Tolle Lage mit direktem Blick zum Montblanc und Alpenkette von West bis weit Ost. Sehr gepflegtes Resort, tolle Tennisplätze und Wandermöglichkeiten, auch für Nicht-Golfer. Das Zimmer 501 war super geräumig und ruhig.

Cons:

Dass wir im Resto gastronomique kein Glas Prosecco und kein Glas Champagner haben konnten, nur ganze Flasche !

ليس عيب ولكن الفندق عباره عن منتجع بعيد عن جنيف وليس حواليه مكان قريب للذهاب اليه ، هو منتجع استرخاء .

Le décor la vue, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, le spa superbe.

Cons:

Les lits. Les matelas sont trop durs et nous avons eu mal au dos toute la nuit et pendant deux jours après, trop dommage pour un si bel endroit.

Ein Platz zum Energie tanken.
Pros:

Superbe hôtel mais avec quelques couacs quand même

Le petit déjeuner très bon avec du fait maison et des produits locolaux.
La chambre est très jolie avec une vue splendide

Cons:

Demandé des lits séparés (qui avaient été confirmé en amont) et à notre arrivée un lit double, il a fallu faire la demande de changer et ça a été fait, ils sont venu séparer le lit double mais dommage, ces n'est jamais agréable d'arriver dans un 5* et de ne pas avoir la chambre prête.

Le spa est joli et la piscine super mais le calme n'était pas là. Entre les gens qui regardent des vidéos volume élevé sur leur téléphone et également une seule enfant qui criait sautait très bruyamment et ce pendant des heures.
Pourquoi ne pas réserver des heures pour les enfants ? Tout le monde peut y trouver son compte comme ça. Surtout dans ce genre de lieu où l'on recherche aussi le calme et la relaxation. Il y avait même des enfants dans l'espace hammam et sauna alors que interdit aux mineurs.
Il n'y a d'ailleurs aucun surveillant dans toute la zone SPA + piscine.
Accès dans la piscine pour les PMR et personnes âgées difficile voir impossible sans barres d'appui le long des escaliers. Très dommage.
Pour accéder aux vestiaires et à l'espace hammam sauna là aussi comment font les PMR avec uniquement un escalier pour y accéder?

Nous avions réservé la salle de cinéma et en arrivant dans la salle avec le réceptionniste, la salle était très désordonnée car aucun employé n'était venu remettre la salle en ordre après les précédents clients. Des pop-corn que nous avions demandé sont arrivés au 3/4 brûlés. Dommage.

2 appels, 1 mail avant le séjour et 3 demandes orales durant le séjour pour savoir si nous voulions réserver dans leur restaurant. Cette insistance donne encore moins envie d'y aller et en tant que voyageurs nous sommes suffisamment autonome pour savoir réserver un restaurant si besoin malgré leur nombreux avertissements du fait que les restau peuvent être complets.
Nous n'avons jamais vu une telle insistance dans un hôtel, c'était dérangeant.
