This is my third time in Jiva , its actually home to me , because everything there is perfect, i would like to thank the general manager for his hospitality and Sonya from the reception for talking care of us.

Une escapade magnifique dans un établissement élégant et cosy. Service professionnel et chaleureux.
Pros:

Séjour court mais parfait dans un établissement de très grande qualité. Le service, de l'accueil au bar en passant par le restaurant est chaleureux et très professionnel. Le Spa impeccable de propreté tout comme le reste de l'hôtel. La literie incomparable...Côté restauration nous avons dîner au Jardin le restaurant italien et c'était délicieux et inventif.
La décoration aussi bien des chambres que du reste de l'hôtel est très soignée: moderne mais chaleureuse avec les matériaux de très grande qualité. Sa situation à 20 minutes du centre de Genève en fait un lieu parfait pour une escapade en amoureux ou en famille. C'est notre troisième séjour et nous y reviendrons! Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre professionnalisme et votre extrême gentillesse. A bientôt.
