Food service to room is not good,
Pros:

Room is Very clean and comfortable , front desk area staffs are very nice and helpful

Cons:

I ordered mushroom soup and other food for breakfast, they send soup to my room without garlic bread, on the menu there is picture shows that mushroom soup comes with a piece of bread on side. I called them, they said they put the garlic bread inside of the soup. The next day I want order 68 yuan breakfast, the staff told me they charge 50 yuan for sending ordered breakfast to room. I am sick during my travel,it is not easy to get food to room

Отель превзошел все ожидания. Очень комфортный номер Люкс. Если нужна близость к ж.д. вокзалу, расположение отеля идеальное.

Cons:

Завтрак немного однообразен. Непонятный сервис клубного этажа, когда бронируя клубный номер, узнаешь на ресепшене, что за клубные услуги, нужно платить дополнительно. Считаю, что для отеля такого уровня, взимание залога, уже даже не прилично, хоть это и принято во всем Китае, но в остальном цивилизованном мире, такого уже давно нет, кто-то должен сделать первый шаг и данная сеть отелей, вполне на это способна.

Good value, easy location
Pros:

A very good hotel in Ningbo with a genuinely friendly staff and very expetional price for the value
Pros:

All. Staff super friendly and professional , very clean , very luxury

Cons:

The shower gel and the shampoo . Is probably very good quality but too strong rose smell.
