Alrededores poco iluminados en el camino al centro que está a 10 o 15 minutos andando. Hall del hotel bastante nuevo pero al hotel le falta renovación.

Breakfast was perfect, so many tasty options, fresh and delicious. Pastries were one of the best we ever had. Nothing to complain about.
Walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the rooms next to you. Room is spacious and clean, but didn't look exactly as on the pictures. Location isn't perfect, you need at least 30 Minutes to get to the city and it is also a little too steep.

What did I enjoy? Palermo itself. The city was beautiful, welcoming, vibrant, and full of charm.

Unfortunately, my experience upon arriving at the hotel was far from pleasant. From the very beginning, my companions and I felt genuinely unwelcome. The receptionist completed our check-in with an attitude that made it seem as though he was doing us a favor rather than providing a service. We were given no information whatsoever about breakfast, despite it being included in our package.
Approximately two months before our stay, when making the reservation, I sent an official email requesting the possibility of a late check-out. The only response I received was a brief “to be evaluated upon arrival.” When we arrived, my two friends and I politely renewed the request and made it clear that we were willing to pay an additional fee. We were simply looking for a solution. Unfortunately, the reception staff showed no interest in helping us and immediately stated that it was impossible, suggesting that perhaps something might become available the following day.
The next day, another receptionist was equally unhelpful and informed us that nothing could be arranged. Not even a 30-minute extension to our check-out time was possible. We were also not offered any practical assistance regarding our luggage, despite the fact that we had a full day of sightseeing ahead of us. There was no willingness to help, no initiative, and very little professionalism or hospitality.
I would also like to emphasize that my travel companions and I speak Italian fluently, so there was no language barrier or misunderstanding at any point. Our requests were communicated clearly, politely, and respectfully. The problem was not communication, but rather a noticeable lack of hospitality, customer care, and the basic attentiveness that guests should reasonably expect when staying at a hotel.
Breakfast was another disappointment. Five minutes before the official end of service, everything had already been cleared away and packed up.
