Qualcosa nel bagno lasciava un po' desiderare,la pulizia perfetta,solo lo scarico del wc un po' rumoroso e un po' di condensa sul soffitto,se proprio dobbiamo cercare dei difetti per il resto tutto bene

Sehr bemühtes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Mein Zimmer mit Balkon im 5. Stock war wirklich sehr sauber. Im Bad roch es nach Desinfektionsmittel, was auch davon zeugte, dass alles klinisch sauber geputzt war! Ich kam spät am Abend mit der Fähre in Palermo an, fuhr zu meiner Ankunft und checkte problemlos ein. Mir wurde trotz der späten Uhrzeit no5ein Abendessen im hauseigenen kleinen Restaurant serviert. Beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war der junge Mann auch wieder sehr bemüht und freundlich, fragte mehrmals nach meinen Wünschen. Buffet war umfangreich, besonders die kleinen Kuchen, Croissants, Krapfen usw. waren in vielen Varianten im Angebot. Mein Auto parkte sicher in der unüblich großen Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Das Internet war Ok, TV Programme waren nur auf italienisch, aber das störte überhaupt nicht, da ich den Fernseher nur zum Einschlafen brauche! Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut!
Die Nacht, bevor ich abreise, werde ich wieder dort nächtigen! Ich danke den Mitarbeitern für ihre Hilfe und Freundlichkeit während meines Aufenthaltes!
