Schlechtes Hotelmanagement
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte Ende Oktober noch geöffnet, es waren nur wenige Gäste da. Noch nie von einem Zimmerupgrade gehört? Der Gast der nur eine Nacht gebucht hat ist zufrieden und kommt wieder für länger? Schade, diese Chance wurde vertan.

Cons:

Wir wurden wahrscheinlich in umgebauten Garagen untergebracht, außerhalb des Hotels event. Personalzimmer. Schrecklich dunkel, renovierungsbedürftiges Bad und schäbige Einrichtung. Kein WLAN, Hoteleigener Strand schon abgesperrt.
Es war das schlechteste Hotelzimmer auf unsereren Reisen in Sizilien.

Good for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The overall film theme was cute. The staff was helpful and check in easy. The hotel is small but charming and next to the harbor and restaurants.

Cons:

Location the hotel was difficult as the entrance was hard to find. Parking lots next door were full and had to drive around to find an open lot nearby. Currently the harbor roads are closed for renovations. Apparently the America's Cup sailing event is happening in Naples Harbor in 2027 so they are upgrading the roads and area. Should be really nice by then!

Great hotel, but there isn't much to do in the town.
Pros:

Good breakfast, fine beds, very friendly staff.

Cons:

At a 4-star hotel, I don't expect to have to pay 3 euros for a bath towel every time. If you do that every day during a week-long stay, you end up spending 42 euros—and a 4-star hotel doesn't earn those four stars for nothing, especially when it comes to guest service.

The hotel is in an excellent location, directly across from the beach with private beach access and full facilities. Our room was very comfortable, and we especially loved the pool area. Everything was wonderful from start to finish—highly recommended!

Fijne locatie, mooi en verzorgd terras en zwembad.
Pros:

Locatie, zwembad, lido en staff vonden wij helemaal in orde. We waren er maar een nacht en daardoor niet van het eten kunnen genieten. Hun lido is ook heel fijn.

Cons:

Het bed was niet fijn. Heb amper geslapen.
