Cons:

O quarto necessitava de uma boa reforma, muito antigo e mal cuidado. A limpeza deixou a desejar. Café da manhã ok. Muito caro pro que oferece, paguei quase R$ 500,00, mas valia 150.

Atendimento e instalações boas.

Cons:

Restaurante PÉSSIMO, janta intragável e mal atendido. Café da manhã caro, ruim e pessoal despreparado. Sempre alguma coisa falta e demora a ser reposta e saio sem comer devido à demora. Máquina de café sempre com problemas: uma quebrada e outra sem grãos, TODAS AS SEMANAS. Falta alguém responsável. Não vou mais me hospedar nesse hotel.

La gente muy amable al atender, el desayuno muy completo y varias opciones, todo fresco. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y te reponían lo necesario de forma diaria.

Cons:

Si bien queda cerca de atracciones imperdibles, la localización es peligrosa y el barrio no es lindo.

Espero que em próxima hospedagem a parte de limpeza esteja regularizada!!

A localização foi muito favorável o atendimento também foi ótimo. Porém, ao solicitar a devolução da última diária, pois não precisei permanecer no rio mais um dia. Não obtive êxito, apenas informaram que me permitiram usar mais uma estadia desde que em 6 meses.
Não fiquei satisfeita nesse ponto.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto era crítica... na coluna perto do vaso sanitário tinham vários adesivos colados no azulejo, nitidamente deviam ter sido deixados por algum hóspede no Carnaval. E estive hospedada entre os dias 25/02 e manhã do dia 27/02. a pia quando cheguei estava cheia de "cabelos", teias de aranha no alto da esquadria da janela. Fios de cabelos longos "pendurados" no suporte de toalhas. O chão visivelmente sujo.
