Disappointed
Pros:

Spending time with my kids for my 40th birthday getaway and decent coffee from coffee shop within the shopping centre.

Cons:

1. People throwing bottles down at the pool on level 2 on Saturday 28/02/2026. Tried to report to reception via number on website. Phone kept stating unable to connect. found security mobile and reported it.
2. Kitchen Kettle had mould inside the kettle. causing a health and safety concern.
3. The refuse bin disposal fell out of the wall when trying to open to put rubbish in the bin, with it falling out injuring my arm which did take off a layer of skin as it was heavy missing the gus strut and had no safety chain. After inspection it was evident that the bin refuse had been damaged prior with someone attempting to repair the door with a nut and bolt instead of properly repairing with a gas strut setup that was previous on the bin refuse. Advised reception staff immediately afterwards when checking out who didn't seem to be concerned at all or offer any first aid.

Change your front desk people and it will be amazing

The location and the place was nice.

Cons:

There’s nothing bad in any way about the property, it’s the girl on the front desk. She was rude. She was abrupt, She gave us wrong information. It put a bad light on what was otherwise a beautiful place. We can’t afford to do that much, so extremely disappointing. Sorry

Pros:

L'emplacement top, cavill juste a coté, Coles juste en bas, le centre surfers à quelques minutes à pieds génial. La literie, le frigo, les chaises, la table, le micro onde, la vaisselle très bien aussi, la vue très sympa. C'est fonctionnel et appréciable. La piscine rafraichissante, petit espace jeux pour les petits, c'est bien pensé.

Cons:

Le canapé pas terrible niveau confort. La douche les joints étaient sales, la machine à laver rouillée et sale, le sèche linge sale, ainsi que les grilles des clims pleines de poussières, c'est vraiment dommage, j'étais déçue sur ce point. Le parking, il faut vraiment s'armer de patience c'est très hasardeux pour trouver un place, il faudrait un peu plus de place pour "mantra "car il y a beaucoup avec "mantra no parking" ou l'on ne peut pas se garer.
