Very beautiful seaview and comfy stay in general
Pros:

location is excellent in the main cbd area- down to the ground floor is the shopping center .
All basic necessities is equipped in the apartment.
Quite secure to enter and leave the apartment.

Cons:

the room is a bit outdated- the curtain fell when I pulled to the side. The technician promptly fixed it after a call. The soap container in bathroom was found on the tile.
Balcony slide door is not sound proof- can hear clearly the ambulance and noise outside in the night.
kitchenware is well equipped but with no amenities eg. oil/salt/ pepper.

Cons:

We were very disapointed with the room. Cracked handbasins, wobbly toilet seat, chip on Kitchen Bench.
Did not look that clean but that was probably due to the outdated/age of the unit. Definately needs a tidyup.
On looking we could have got a better room and cheaper from the Hilton, which had a ocean view also.

Main bedroom and ensuite were a great size

The pool was freezing
The toilet in the powder room was running all the time. The water in the shower went everywhere and there was no where to hang your towel

Good low budget hotel to access the area with the family, not best business level unfortunately.
Pros:

2 of the staff were great.
Location was close and easy to beach, good access and things to do for the family.
View was great

Cons:

2 out of the 3 staff were great. One needs to find a new job. Sarcastic, abrupt, not helpful. Not a good look for the front desk.
Facilities were good.
Place is starting to show the age as you would expect for an older building, however the maintainence needs to improve a little. Little things like for stop to hold the door on entry, rollers on the sliding doors, TV wasn't work initially, non slip mat in the shower would lower your risk profile.
Room was dirty and the bathroom mouldy. Cleaning I wouldn't rate high. Still food on the carpet from last occupants, shelves in the room all covered in dust and made clothes dirty, iron covered in lime scale, just general cleaning issues. And one of the permanent residence were letting their dog piss on the cars as they walked it in the car park. Had 2 cats with a business partner. Could only offer 1 Park for us on a five person booking, however, half the car parks were empty when we went into the parking
Overall I world rate a 3 out of 5. I'll put up with the party street and go to the Hilton next time.
