Pros:

Location of the accommodation made accessing food venues easy. Room was presentable and had a great view. Parking was easily accessible.

Pros:

Location is excellent! Easy checkin & check out.
Rooms are clean n tidy, pool and sauna are a bonus.

Cons:

The wifi would drop out a bit and you couldn’t watch certain channels.

Over all a nice place to stay
Pros:

Location was perfect, having all the shops right there was super helpful especially Coles.The lagoon pool, inside pool, kids park, gym were great.

Cons:

gym wasn't very big and the equipment wasn't working so I didn't bother to go back after the first visit there.
Wasn't impressed with the room.For the price we paid it felt Ticky tacky and on the cheap.Things in the kitchen were missing, so we weren't able to cook.Little things like the wall clock wasn't working, the tV was dropping in and out constantly, the wall light in the bathroom didn't work, no fan in the bathroom, not enough toilet paper for 4 people between the one room clean we got during our stay.The room was clean though.The lifts smelt mouldy and the bin shoot was yuck and sticky.
I would only stay again for location.

The location & space the apartment had to offer.
The lagoon and pools are excellent..

Cons:

That the air conditioning didn't work in Tower 1 which let me down.

loved having one place all my family

The location and facilities and the view 42nd floor was amazing. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

the marks on the walls, it was like the had not been cleaned In ages.
and having to pay a 500.00 bond which was not on bookings.com when we were booking this left us out of pocket

Good time had in the end
Pros:

I loved the location as it was right next to our venue and walking distance to all food, beaches, drinks, trams view was amazing

Cons:

1 - our first room tower 2 - 3rd floor - was not great - air. conditioning was not working and they didnt know if they could move us they firstly only offered fans we were not having that and I wanted my money back and move !! but they finally were able to find a three bedroom appt tower 3 on 41st floor was much better -air con worked and the view was amazing but we had a problem the bathroom making noises, Kitchen drawers kept coming off but so much better than our 1st apartment
2- Having to pay a 500.00 bond. this was not on the booking.com website, left us out of pocket

The location was perfect and facilities around area were so good

Cons:

Being lead the wrong way to the parking and not given the right keys.
Having to pay a 500 bond which was not stated on website when booking, left us out of pocket.

Our family had a wonderful time, we will definitely be returning to this accommodation.
Pros:

The pool area and games room were amazing for the kids. Location close to a supermarket was great. Out family had a wonderful room over looking the pool area. We think we got very lucky to get a room overlooking the pool area. The room was very clean.

Cons:

When we arrived at 8pm, the reception area was not manned. We had to wait for 25 mins before staff arrived to let us in. We didn’t reach our room until 9.30pm, parking was very confusing at first, however once we knew where to park this was ok.
