Het was niet echt schoon met name doordat alles zo sleets was. Vlekken in de vloerbedekking. Te warm, geen controle over temperatuur. Kalkvlekken in de wc pot, Wel schone wasbak en douche, maar alles is erg oud. Niet lekker fris. Mijn kamer grensde aan de snelweg.

Voor een nacht op doorreis oke verder niet
Cons:

Chemische lucht op de kamer, stonk heel erg. Zag er veel minder uit dan op fotos. Miste een fauteuil, muur achter bed kapot.

Le personne est toujours sympa.

Agréable et pratique
Pros:

Pour ma part pas de petit déjeuner, mais une très jolie salle interne à côté de la réception prévu pour s'y installer, ainsi qu'une terrasse extérieure couverte, très agréable pour prendre un café ou s'isoler, et notamment l'été je pense.
L'accueil à la réception à l'écoute du client et réactif en fonction de la demande .
Et pour finir l'emplacement et pas des moindres, il est parfait pour se rendre dans le centre et visiter le vieux Lille, à tout juste 10mn à pied du métro et 2 stations pour les deux gares, mon fils lui avait pris son hébergement près des la gare, et au final pas besoin d'être au centre, car de mon lieu j'aurais pu même le faire à pieds pour le rejoindre !Donc pour le rapport qualité prix ça vaut le détour 😉👍

Il faudrait peut-être faire un remplacement de certaines moquettes dans les chambres, mais je supose que cela est prévu, car certaines tâches persistantes sont visibles, mais certainement pas facile de garder une moquette propre après le passage de clients, surtout à plusieurs dans un appartement ...
