Proximité avec le zénith et possibilité de stationnements

Cons:

Proximité de l’autoroute trop bruyante, odeurs de tabac et de nourritures dans le couloir et les chambres. Chambre PMR non demandée, propreté limite (moquettes fauteuils tachés)

Bonjour, nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit double king size et à l'arrivée on nous propose deux lits de 1 place...si nous n'étions pas très fatigué, nous aurions changé d'hôtel.

Séjour pratique grâce à l’emplacement et aux services, mais décevant à cause du manque de propreté.
Pros:

J’ai apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel, à environ 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique. La réception ouverte 24h/24 est un vrai plus, surtout après un concert car cela permet d’arriver à n’importe quelle heure. Le parking souterrain ainsi que les places disponibles devant l’hôtel sont également très appréciables.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer. Il y avait beaucoup de saletés, notamment sous l’évier de la salle de bain et sur la moquette. Nous avons également constaté des taches sur les fauteuils et la moquette, ainsi que des chaussettes oubliées dans le placard, ce qui n’est pas acceptable.

Personnel très gentil
Petit déjeuner complet (juste, les oeufs brouillés ne sont pas terribles...)

Cons:

Chambre au 3eme étage. Très mal insonorisé.on entend tout ce qu'il se passe a côté.
Un " jeu " dans l'encadrement de la fenêtre laissait passer l'air et de ce fait, le bruit de la rue et de l'autoroute proche. Heureusement que j'avais prévu les boules quies.
La literie est un peu dure.
J'ai signalé le problème de la fenêtre a la réception.
