Comfortable stay close to Lille Flandres and the Grand Palais
Pros:

Location on a quiet street yet close to Grand Palais metro and the Lille Flandres train station, breakfast spread and hotel facilities, helpful staff, the welcome-waffles and toffees!

Cons:

Fresh, complimentary beverages every day of stay would be a nice touch. The room did have coffee on the day of check in but not for the days after

Une nuit proche du zénith de Lille
Pros:

Propreté et confort de l'appartement.
Pâtée offerte à notre chien, sympa !
Dosettes café, tisanes et bonbons à disposition dans l'appartement.

Cons:

Horaires d'arrivée 16h, ça fait un peu tard avec un départ pour 11h.... heureusement nous avons pu prendre l'appartement à 15h30.

Réactualiser les photos sur booking.com qui montrent une cafetière traditionnelle dans les appartements alors qu'il y avait une machine à dosettes.

Pros:

C'est au moins la 6eme fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et c'est toujours un plaisir. L'accueil est excellent, la rapidité de check in, le personnel est toujours arrangeant sans meme le demander, possibilité de se restaurer sur place, pas tres loin dd la ville meme si une voitre est un plus, les chambres sont toujours très spacieuses et confortables. La cuisine dans le logement est vraiment un plus. Je reviendrais toujours a cet hotel pour mes passages a lille

Cons:

Les personnes qui fument juste devant la porte d'entrée de l'établissement quand on est non fumeur avec des enfants c'est très ennuyeux. Peut etre trouver un autre endroit pour eux.

Well priced but also rooms not very clean
Pros:

It was reasonable priced and the free pastries in the morning is a nice touch.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean, had blood stains on the duvet cover, mould in the shower, carpets were filthy.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la pâtée offerte pour notre chien, merci

Cons:

Il manque une prise dans la salle de bains ainsi qu'un couteau plus tranchant dans la cuisine (pour émincer des aliments)
La VMC était parfois très bruyante
Les oreillers sont très fins, les draps étaient tachés et il y avait des poils dans la salle de bains
