Pros:

Great staff were very understanding re bath problem and tried their best to find a solution ended up putting a fold out bed in a king room that had a walk in shower.

Cons:

Not able to get a twin bed room with walk in shower.For senior travellers the shower over bath arrangement was difficult as the bath is high ,slippery no suction mats on inquiry staff said they would go out the next day to purchase one.Decided this was not an option as the bath was just too difficult to use.Menu was very limited.
