The room was lovely it had a great view of the harbour and the heated tiles in the bathroom was such a nice surprise. Buffet breakfast the next morning was absolutely amazing 10/10

Convenient stay near venue
Pros:

We enjoyed our comfortable bed, clean sheets , clean room, nice bathroom and convenience to location where we were attending conference .

Cons:

The room we were in didn’t have block out blinds which made room too light for us to sleep , also we were just beside all air conditioning units for the accomodation and they were really noisy.

Over-rated and over charged in my experience.

Cons:

The room is pretty outdated. We stayed in the balcony room and it felt as though the room was under utilised. The tv is so far from the bed that the volume needed to be at 35+ minimum. The room lacked decor and the bedroom lights felt old. The bulb lights in the room didn’t match so half the room was a calm yellow and the other half closer to the balcony is a bright white. My husband went out to our parked car at 2-3am and upon re-entry was refused entry. Car was parked in view of the main entrance and the man at the desk who refused to let him in, watched him walk out 5-10minutes prior. I had to be woken up by my husband and walk down to reception so that he could come in. The ladies during the day at reception were lovely.
