Relaxing, fun and enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast and dining area. Room was lovely just would like a view next time. Welcoming reception area. very clean

Cons:

Having a hot spa would be ideal!! To get the most out of those winter months. The pool would be great in summer though

Cons:

All hotels get this wrong not just Trinity Wharf but I do wish the bar stayed open to suit the guests .... 10pm seems early to close a bar when most people are just getting back from shows dinner etc and would like a drink before going to bed and when the bar is not open it is quite frustrating as this is part of the being away and relaxing experience.

Lacking in customer service

View of the car park so not very exciting.

Cons:

Travelled from Austria and London for our brothers funeral. We were a party of 10 people in all with 5 rooms. Asked if we could have just 1 of those rooms at midday to drop our luggage and use to dress for the funeral which was at 2 pm. We were told we would have to pay for the previous night to use the room. Considering the morning we left the cleaner was knocking on the door before 10am we thought this was not only extremely lacking in compassion but poor form. The restaurant staff were very rude at breakfast moving everything away before we had all finished eating and very grumpy. You have to treat your customers better than this or they simply will not return. None of the 10 of us will ever return.

Beautiful view over the water from the lounge. Comfortable room.
Pros:

The hotel is located right on the water which is really nice.

Cons:

The room overlooked the car park which was not so great, but I took my laptop and hung out in the lounge area and had dinner at the hotel. Fries are great!
