lovely stay but next time will probably stay some where else.
Pros:

lovely location,walking distance to city and good restaurants,very good views over the water,very relaxing.

Cons:

we had included breafast with our stay but when i asked for a omelite they only included egg omelite,if you wanted any fillings you had to pay extra,we have stayed in alot of hotels and they all made what you wanted with no extra charge,also we put out sign on door to refresh room and when we came back around 4 hours later room had not been done so house keeping not the best...

Flawless.
Pros:

Really liked the front desk staff - both were very professional, welcoming, lovely manner.

Cons:

It’s not something I didn’t like and not even a criticism because we did have a flawless stay. It’s just more expensive than I can justify if there are more affordable (for our situation) options. Really enjoyed staying here though. I didn’t select an answer for the ‘would we stay here again Q because the answer is a ‘maybe’.

I've stayed here multiple times and have always had a lovely experience.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, clean, and tidy, the location is great and the restaurant is nice.

Best hotel in Tauranga!
Pros:

Cleanliness, friendly staff, ease of check in, amenities, beautiful views.

Cons:

Pillows were too soft but that’s just me being picky, tricky to find parking as there was a wedding and another convention on.
