Pros:

Absolutely amazing place to stay my wife and I needed that get away, the room was immaculate very tidy and clean (well done to the house keeping detail) all staff were lovely and friendly very welcoming, food was delicious breakfast was a lovely selection of cereals, fresh fruit to hot food brilliant views of the harbour, short walking distance to town cbd we enjoyed our stay wish we could have stayed a little longer, all in all would highly recommend staying here, WELL DONE TRINITY WHARF HOTEL ?

A nice stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the hotel well placed for our purposes. The bar staff were very friendly. The food was nice.

Cons:

Wine glasses we brought from the bar to our room on the first night remained in the room for the duration of the stay and were not collected in two separate house keeping cycles. A minor point but we were surprised they were not cleaned up each day given we had them on the desk prominently placed for just that. We also were surprised at the 10am check out, which we had presumed would be 11am. We noted that every place we stayed had the same checkout time of 10am so must be a NZ thing. On the Sunday most of the restaurants nearby were closed or had very restricted timings which were not tourist friendly.
