Pros:

Muito confortável, muito aconchegante, funcionários prestativos, café da manhã excelente, spa faz a diferença na experiencia da viagem. Fazer trilhas que requerem esforço fisico e mental e voltar pro hotel era incrível. Um lugar de calma e paisagem a todo momento.
Alem disso era pratico, o transfer para a cidade funciona muito bem, de hora em hora, os passeios normalmente te pegam no hotel. Experiencia impecável.

Cons:

Um brinco meu que deixei na mesinha de cabeceira sumiu. Nunca tive uma situação assim antes em nenhum lugar. Comuniquei o hotel, sem grandes devolutivas, apenas vamos procurar no quarto. Muito desagradavel mas sigo recomendando o hotel.

Pros:

Todo el Hotel es tremendo. Vistas inigualables, desayuno muy bien y gimnasio muy completo.

Cons:

La actitud y trato del personal del hotel y spa. No todos pero si es un punto a considerar por el nivel del hotel y precio que se paga.

Perfeita e inesquecível
Pros:

O hotel superou as minhas expectativas, principalmente em relação aos funcionários, todos simpáticos e prestativos. Também achei que o restaurante foi fabuloso inclusive adaptou o cardápio para as intolerâncias alimentares da esposa. Café da manhã excelente e comidas rápidas do bar idem. O spa e academia foram excelentes e as vistas e acomodações do hotel fantásticas.

Cons:

O ponto negativo é que o hotel fica um pouco longe do centro. MAS isso é resolvido com o transporte gratuito do hotel para ir e voltar ao centro

Excellent hotel offers very large rooms with lagoon and Andes views. Outside seating includes 2 enclosed glass cabanas with 360 degrees views. Best to make reservations for one.
Reinamora restaurant serves Bfast, lunch, dinner. Amazing fish dishes, cocktails, seafood salads, desserts.

Pros:

Great hotel! You should definitely come to Ushuaia, it’s beautiful with many wonderful excursions to do and amazing places to discover. And you should definitely stay at Los Cauquenes!
Everything went very well. The staff was very friendly and professional and communication was easy using WhatsApp, either in Spanish or in English.
The moment you arrive, you feel welcomed. The property is beautiful, very warm and cozy. The decoration is amazing and the gardens surrounding the hotel are very well preserved with lots of colourful flowers.
My room was very comfortable and spacious. I especially enjoyed the view, the bathroom with a bathtub (very nice after trekking) and the nice bed. You also have a minibar if you want to keep something cool and if you need to wash some clothes, they will quickly dry on the heating system by the window.
The breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of choices and easy to eat healthy, with many fresh and delicious options. The dinner was also great! I ate there every night and everything was also delicious and very well presented. And you have an amazing view and a great staff serving you.
I also enjoyed the gym facilities (much better than what I had in other hotels in Chile, where I started my Patagonia trip) and the pool. The outdoor heated jacuzzis were also extremely enjoyable, esp I after long trekking days and a workout at their gym. Definitely bring swimming trunks or a bathing suite!
The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the city centre and they offered me a transfer from the port (I was on a cruise before), which was very nice. They can also easily arrange a transfer to the airport (it cost me 16000 pesos) and excursions.
Overall, one of the best hotels during my Chile and Argentina trip, and I would definitely come back.
