This hotel was the perfect choice for our three nights in Ushuaia. The location, right on the Beagle Channel, is absolutely beautiful and serene, with stunning views of the water and surrounding mountains.

The restaurant was very good, and the glass houses on the patio were a standout feature. Dining there was a unique experience, allowing us to enjoy the scenery of the mountains and the Beagle Channel while staying warm and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ushuaia.

A fantastic location, beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly staff! This was a wonderful trip made even better by our stay here. Ushuaia has become one of our favourite places now. This resort is a MUST STAY for anyone coming here. Do the Navigation Boat ride with Mattias (also one of the Concierge's) and Ian at reception is great. All the staff go out of their way to make your stay special. The lake is beautiful, the mountains behind are lovely and the hotel itself is warm and inviting.

Los Cauquenes offers an exceptional stay thanks to its spectacular location overlooking the Beagle Channel, providing truly memorable views. The staff is consistently professional, attentive, and helpful, contributing to a very pleasant overall experience. Particularly noteworthy is the high level of expertise and professionalism of the guides, which greatly enriched the excursions and activities.

As a minor drawback, the bathrooms appear somewhat dated compared to the rest of the hotel’s standards.

Overall, an excellent choice in Ushuaia for comfort, service, and an outstanding natural setting.

Excellent accommodation, located right in Beagle Channel, with spectacular views. We booked a premium room with channel view. Queen bed was firm and very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with bidet; strong warm/hot shower (plenty of pressure). We included. Day at the spa for 2 hours with a private helicopter tour (excellent). The staff are exceptional, fluent in multiple languages. Given there are families with children, expect some volume, as we visited over Christmas. Wonderful pool attached with exercise room. Wonderful seating areas overlooking channel. Only distraction was lack of sound insulation from children in adjoining rooms and running up and down the hallways. Handle as you seem fit (I cook & eat them; they taste just like chicken). Enjoy!

We had an amazing stay here while visiting Ushuaia. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. They offer a convenient free shuttle service to the downtown area, but you'll need your own transportation to/from the airport. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered us a complimentary hot chocolate. Room was clean and pleasant. The included breakfast buffet was outstanding and offered a great start to each day.

Don't look anywhere else! This is the place to stay in Ushuaia. The staff here was some of the best in the world. Their attention to you and your needs was on point. I will say that I had some issues with the actual booking thru their site, but once it was resolved with them directly, everything was the most smooth it could be. My boyfriend and I had the Patagonia Suite Beagle Channel, my sister had the Senior Beagle Channel Suite with Balcony and my mom had a standard room. All of these rooms were exceptional. Both Patagonia Suite and Balcony Suite were very similar, but Patagonia had an extra bathroom which was great for 2 people, and a closet area which we used to unpack into, even though we were only there for 2 days. I will say, the standard room is still nice, but if youre going to relax and enjoy the scenery of Ushuaia, spend the extra on a Beagle Channel Room. Breakfast included was delicious. The areas around the hotel are so comfortable to just sit and relax, besides our excursions we didn't want to leave the hotel. Concierge was super helpful and very attentive. If you can, rent their private Beagle Channel Boat, was one of the best excursions we did. Restaurant... 5 stars!! Everything about this place was heaven.

After our cruise we stayed on in Ushuaia and spent 4 nights at Los Cauquenes in a Patagonia Suite. We arrived early in the day and although our room was not yet ready, every effort was made to make us feel welcome and at home. We enjoyed sitting the solarium and relaxing, then having an early lunch in the bar. Our room was ready shortly after noon and it was delightful! A comfortable living room and large bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The view to the Beagle Channel and the Southern Andes of Chile across the water was gorgeous. It was quiet and very peaceful. The breakfasts were very tasty with much variety, and of course a wonderful view! All the staff we encountered were lovely - kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would most definitely stay here again if we were in Ushuaia.

It is an amazing place with excellent and very professional staff, highly quality of products and beautiful spaces. The whole construction is environmental friendly with nice views and there are many different spots to enjoy a drink or a coffee. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

Five star resort with***** service, food and experience. My stay was excellent. The resort is beautifully appointed. Food is excellent. Staff are truly superb. It's service with a smile, and genuine. Nothing escapes an effort to assist and please guests. Breakfast includes a wide assortment of pastries cakes, breads. Fresh fruit. Coffee and teas. I did not order eggs, but I am reasonably certain it was available. Dinners were outstanding.

Gorgeous resort with several areas to enjoy the beauty of Ushuaia and the Beagle Channel in comfort. They have a convenient shuttle to town, and the on-site dining options were fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!

Local privilegiado a beira do Canal Beagle, mais afastado do centro então é silencioso e com a vista do canal você pode passar horas contemplando a paisagem e paz do local.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Located directly on Beagle Channel, the view each morning of the sunrise over patagonia and the Chilean landscape on the other side of the channel was other worldly. The staff was fabulous and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
