Pros:

I love that they have a proper 'old school' staff that has probably been working there - for a long time. You can really feel their presence, knowledge, and calmness enhance the whole experience, and how much younger the staff looks up to their guidance. Absolute kudos for this, and I hope I see them all next time we join. And you better treat them well, it's so rare to find great service these days.

Cons:

The lobby can get pretty busy when they have sports teams or conferences, but the staff is very attentive and mindful of the guests.
