Je ne reviendrai pas à cet hotel.
Pros:

L'hôtel était propre et l'emplacement était bien par rapport au lieu de travail et à 30 min de marche du centre ville.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception n'était pas accueillant et ils ne m'ont pas donné la chambre "superior" que j'avais réservée et quand j'ai réclamé on me donne une chambre de famille comme quoi c'est la chambre que je voulais sans m'expliquer que c'était une chambre différente. Ils parlaient entre eux en croite et ne souriaient même pas pendant leur accueil. Ce n'est que quand j'ai réclamé une deuxième fois, qu'il y avait quelqu'un pour me dire que la chambre que j'ai réservée n'était pas disponible. J'étais très déçue d'un tel comportement pour un hôtel de telle classe.

La colonne de la douche était cassée et je n'ai pas pris ma douche comme il faut car j'avais peur qu'elle tombe car ça bougeait.
