Far below from my expectation
Pros:

Location was good to attend the Messe

Cons:

I have to wait for check in almost 45 min.
There are another staff, but not supporting the reception

There are so many drunker at the lobby with loud voice in the night even at 23:00

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ein entspannter Aufenthalt – alles in allem sehr gut
Pros:

Im Rahmen unseres Konzertbesuchs in der ZAG Arena haben wir in diesem Hotel übernachtet.
Die Zimmer waren hell, sauber und gepflegt.
Der späte Check-out um 12:00 Uhr war für uns ein klarer Pluspunkt.
Die Betten waren bequem.
Statt eines durchgehenden Doppelbetts gab es zwei zusammengestellte Einzelbetten, die sich bei Bedarf auch trennen lassen – für uns war das jedoch völlig in Ordnung.

Das Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zum Frühstück können wir keine Bewertung abgeben, da wir dieses nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Cons:

Minuspunkte kann ich nicht wirklich nennen– wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, was für uns völlig ausreichend war. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die TV-Sender hätten besser sortiert sein können. 🙂

Die Nähe zur ZAG Arena

Cons:

Im Hotel hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Das Problem war dem Hotel bekannt, jedoch wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen. Auch eine angemessene Erstattung wurde uns nicht angeboten. Da zur Zeit Winter ist haben wir uns deshalb eine Erkältung zugezogen da vor allem das Bad extrem kalt war.

Wir hatten ein sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Der ganze Service in dem Hotel. Die Abwicklung war eine Katastrophe. Es wurde meine Kreditkarte trotz Verneinung belastet. Um mein Geld wieder zu bekommen war ich zwei Tage damit beschäftigt den Service von Booking zu erreichen,denn die Unterkunft ging nicht an das Telefon und die Mitarbeiter waren auch vor Ort nicht in der Lage einem zu zuhören. Obwohl ich die Bestätigung von Booking gezeigt habe, wurde mir zweimal die Unterkunft berechnet. Und es gab keine Wiedergutmachung.

Die Nähe zur Messe, dem Bahnhof und Kaufland sind top!

Cons:

Wenn man eine Küchenzeile im Zimmer hat, wäre es super wenn diese mit Geschirr ausgestattet wären.
Ein Set Teller, Schüssel, Becher mit Besteck wäre ausreichend.
