OK für einen Messebesuch
Pros:

Genau gegenüber Halle 27 des Messegeländes gelegen, daher super für Messebesuche.
Frühstück vielfältig, leckerer Kaffee, Personal kam nur nicht mit dem Nachlegen hinterher.

Cons:

Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können.

Die Mitarbeiterin, blonder Longbop mit dunkler Brille, war gestresst, obwohl es nicht notwendig war und sagte zu den Kunden, welche Frühstück und Parkplatz dazubuchen wollten, jetzt nicht, sie sollen dies später oder am nächsten Morgen machen. Ich habe darauf bestanden, es gleich buchen und bezahlen zu können und es hat nur 2 Klicks am Computer gedauert, also ohne Probleme.

Preis Leistung nicht angemessen, normal hätte man sein Geld zurückverlangen müssen. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Cons:

Zimmer war sehr sehr kalt, Heizung ging nicht. Wollte Zimmer tauschen, die Dame an der Rezeption war bemüht mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Dort das Gleiche Heizung defekt. Dann gab sie mir einen elektrischen Heizlüfter der dann die ganze Nacht lief und laut war. Sowas geht garnicht. Macht den Laden zu oder renoviert ihn!!! Eine Schande für unser Land. Da hatte ich selbst im Iran auf dem Land mehr Komfort.

Parkplatz mit undurchsichtiger Flächenbereitstellung. Irgendwas gehörte dem Nachbarn mit Parkverbot und auch sehr dunkel.

Aufgrund eines Heizungsproblem konnte unsere Buchung leider nicht wahrgenommen werden. Uns wurde ein anderes Hotel vorgeschlagen mit dem ich nicht einverstanden war. Auf Nachfrage wie es aussieht mit der Geldrückgabe, wurde mir vom Hotel gesagt, dass ich mich an Booking wenden muss. Dies habe ich gemacht, jedoch muss laut Booking das Hotel zu stimmen. Ich habe in letzter Zeit schon zwei Nachrichten geschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort und auch kein Geld zurück, obwohl dies ein Fehler des Hotels war.
