Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es diese vielen Mängel bei einer renommierten Hotelkette noch gibt.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Konzerthalle war in Ordnung. Es waren hohe Minusgrade und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Keine ARD und ZDF im Fernsehen, also kein Olympia. Frühstückspersonal hatten keinen Blick für die Gäste. Das Personal am Empfang mussten sich durch aufgebrachte Gäste sehr viel anhören, konnten aber nichts tun.

Die Nähe zur ZAG Arena, wir waren in kurzer Zeit dort

Cons:

Das Peronal an der Rezeption.Es wurde angegeben, dass wir ab 15 Uhr den Schlüssel bekommen konnten, jedoch dann die Schichtübergabe war und wir doch noch warten mussten.
Morgens an der Rezeption waren sie sehr unfreundlich... Einige Male waren wir schon dort, aber das ist noch nie vorgekommen

Fair hotel if you need to be at the Messe
Pros:

Good hotel if you need to be at the Messe, which is on walking distance. It's not a very nice and centric location otherwise, although some restaurants and shops are close. The internet in my room worked well.

Cons:

I had requested via the Booking chat for a room on the inside but this was not given because of the category of the room I booked. The roadside is noisy. The temperature control in the room was not optimal, not much fresh air was flowing into the room.

Pros:

Location was good to attend the Messe

Cons:

I have to wait for check in almost 45 min.
There are another staff, but not supporting the reception

There are so many drunker at the lobby with loud voice in the night even at 23:00

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ein entspannter Aufenthalt – alles in allem sehr gut
Pros:

Im Rahmen unseres Konzertbesuchs in der ZAG Arena haben wir in diesem Hotel übernachtet.
Die Zimmer waren hell, sauber und gepflegt.
Der späte Check-out um 12:00 Uhr war für uns ein klarer Pluspunkt.
Die Betten waren bequem.
Statt eines durchgehenden Doppelbetts gab es zwei zusammengestellte Einzelbetten, die sich bei Bedarf auch trennen lassen – für uns war das jedoch völlig in Ordnung.

Das Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zum Frühstück können wir keine Bewertung abgeben, da wir dieses nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Cons:

Minuspunkte kann ich nicht wirklich nennen– wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, was für uns völlig ausreichend war. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die TV-Sender hätten besser sortiert sein können. 🙂
