L'emplacement est assez pratique vous pouvez faire la majorité des choses à pied.

Cons:

Parking minuscule. Chambre pas pratique du tout en hiver, un placard le plus petit et étroit que je n'ai jamais vu impossible d'y mettre ses affaires pour 2 en hiver! Bureau c'est la même! De 16h à 19h n'espérez vous reposer il y a le bar avec musique A FOND et des anglais bourrés qui gueulent jusque tard dans la nuit. On entend tout à travers les murs, même votre voisin ronfler ! Et ne pensez pas parler Français non plus car le personnel ne comprends pas. Ils vous demandent si vous pouvez leurs parler Anglai?! C'est n'importe quoi.

Bon séjour à Chamonix.
Pros:

Hôtel charmant et personnel agréable.
Petit déjeuner très bon et de bonnes qualités.
L’emplacement géographique de l’hôtel est également un point positif tout peut se faire à pied et à proximité du centre ville.

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas très bien insonorisé et on entend les pas des personnes au dessus ou bien dans le couloir.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours. En ce qui concerne la télé, toutes les chaînes n’étaient pas disponible.
En résumé, prix un peu élevé pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, sans room service ni machine à café/thé de disponible dans la chambre.

The Hotel is very well located in town, close to all the restaurants, cafés and shops, and right next to the train station and walking distance from the buses that take you to Geneva and other cities. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and a cozy feel to it.

Cons:

The wifi in the room didn't work unfortunately. The reception could use a bit of a refresh with a more cozy atmosphere. The smell of beer from the bar/restaurant spills over in the reception which is not ideal.

Can’t wait to get back!
Pros:

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful! What a lovely team of people in all departments! The breakfast is fresh, the hotel is immaculately clean and it’s in a fantastic location.

Cons:

The bathrooms are always smaller in older buildings but it was well thought through to work to its best design possible. There is a bar / restaurant connected next door but the music finishes at 8pm (which to be honest you can’t hear from the back of the building) and it’s a very friendly crowd

Great rooms, really good breakfast, but incompatible use of hotel spaces that spoil the experience

Cons:

In winter, the bar is turned into a rowdy and drunken music venue with dreadful covers band, loud music passing into the rooms. By contrast, in summer, the bar is a great space available to guests.

Great location, with a fantastic bar

Cons:

Parking a the hotel could be a little challenging. We had to park in the public lot one night, due to lack of space. It was close by though.
