Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of £25 per night with a maximum of one dog per room. We have a limited number of dog friendly rooms which are subject to availability. Dogs can not be accommodated in Classic Parkland Views, Junior Suites or Suites.

Children - unless otherwise specified, our children's rates are inclusive of accommodation and full English breakfast. All other meals will be charged as taken.

It was an excellent 2 day break
Pros:

Location views and friendly staff and the gym pool & jacuzzi was very good

We had a great and restful time at Ashdown. Beautiful views, tennis, golf, and a great spa.
Pros:

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The food was outstanding and breakfast was widely varied with a buffet as well as a hot meal menu all included. Dunners were excellent and Sunday roast was outstanding.

Cons:

Nothing. I was very happy with our stay.

Pros:

Receptionist Lara, professional, welcoming and helpful. Many staff also excelled and made the hotel 5 not 4 star in our opinion, without the pompous nonsense of so many 5 stars. Friendly, attentive. Great breakfast and delicious dinner too. Room lovely and location fun for Winnie the Pooh literary admirers. Whoever is running this hotel is getting the staffing right. We were genuinely impressed .. Lucy, Nick and others; we will stay again.

The ambiance of the historic mansion was amazing. The grounds and gardens were incredible. Staff eere very friendly and helpful.

A luxurious night away for my Sister who rarely has the opportunity because of illness.
Pros:

Lovely stay with my sister for her Birthday.
She was anxious about dinner as she can only eat certain soft foods because of a medical condition. The relaxed atmosphere in the Brasserie was very welcoming and we both had a great evening.
Breakfast was delicious too.
I had forgotten my ‘phone charger and one was delivered promptly by concierge. Excellent service all round.
