But even with that small problem the stay is always nice and has wonderful and kind employees

The only thing that could have been better was our bed this time it was so low on the ground and usually it’s so comfortable and in better shape so room 303 needs to have some work did on it cause this hotel has been my favorite place to stay

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. It even had an oversized lounge chase and a nice size fridge. Very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was really spacious but the shower head was malfunctioning.

Management and Staff were a GREAT help!!!
Pros:

Melissa at the front desk did an amazing job of straightening out a problem that we had created for ourselves. She was friendly, efficient, persistent, and really helped us out at a tough time. My brother had died the day before.

Exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the woman that worked the breakfast on Monday and Tuesday morning and the woman at the desk when we checked in on Sunday.

Cons:

A bit outdated, especially the shower.
