Unsatisfactory stay with such a big name , not worth for money
Pros:

Breakfast had multiple options with very good taste.

Cons:

Staff service is not satisfactory especially front desk staff. Delay service for every thing. Except ‘Purushottam ‘ we are unhappy with all staff. Room dine service is also very slow.

Wasn’t pleasant

Location was good

Cons:

Room wasn’t available when tried to check in at 3:30, was told to wait for 30 minutes. When tried to check out if the room lock won’t open and the staff wasn’t helpful waited for a while until someone came to help and took few hours to unlock the door while my wallet and phone were inside. It was very inconvenient for us as we had a flight to catch in the evening. Really frustrating

Not worth the price as the check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm for 23hours stay
Pros:

I did not stay here coz they has asked me to pay extra for an early check-in and early check-out. Since I was already there they could have offered me the room at the same price but then I had the breakfast there and moved in with my friends in another hotel.
