Overall not a pleasant experience staying besides a drainage
Pros:

The rooms are clean

Cons:

The property is located near a drainage , so it has fowl smell all day . The rooms are worn out as the property is very old

VERY COFORTABLE STAY AND VALUE FOR MONEY
Pros:

The room got upgraded to Suite. The size of the room was big. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast spread included virety of items . The location of the HOTEL is superb and is surely a value for money. I will recommed it all travelers

Pros:

Everything else except confusing hotline phone numbers and email. Poor response to phone calls before travel. I wasn't really sure if my booking confirmed by the hotel desk.

Cons:

Room Furniture arrangements. Shortage of charging points due to furniture obstruction.
Confusing names add there r two marriot hotels in same vicinity

Exceptional service, great property.
Pros:

The cafe and the lounge area were exceptional and handy to meet friends and visitors.
The view from the room was stunning.
The room upgrade was great and much needed. Great gym + instructor and a decent sized pool.
Exceptionally friendly staff in the lounge, at Breakfast, at the cafe, and at the check-in desk. A cozy and personable hotel. A beautiful property.

Cons:

Breakfast area was noisy. Music was loud.
Food is spicy and not completely kitted out for a western pallette. Simpler food options must be offered at breakfast. Everything had green chillies added to it.
Rooms are very small. I booked a room for 3 adults and we could not fit all 3 in the Executive room comfortably.
Breakfast at the weekend was exceptionally busy due to a wedding party. Such events should be hosted in a different restaurant.
