I liked the breakfast spread .great assembly for dishes ranging from local to continental and millet based recipes..loved the lounge services by komal , renee.. Housekeeping was prompt and good

My room had 2 twin beds joint together which would move in case you lean against the headrest and the bed was not fixed to the headrest.This was very unpleasant..The key card was deactivated bfr 12 which was poor customer experience..The lobby phones on the 5th floor weren't working and I had to come to the reception to get the key card activated..Wonder why would you deactivate bfr the guest checks out ?? The view from the room was not at all good and I did highlight the same at check in, however no one called back despite promising to do so

​The Logistics & Welcome: A special mention to Mr. Kaustubh Kulkarni, whose diligence in managing our complex group logistics and defense tariff was impeccable. At the front office, Ms. Debangana is a standout professional—her 'luminous grace' and dedication to resolving Bonvoy status issues were truly impressive. Syed Siraj also provided vital support during our check-in phase.
​Dining Excellence at OKRA: We frequented OKRA daily, where Tamosha led her team with masterful stewardship, ensuring our diverse dietary needs were met despite the heavy holiday footfall. The service ensemble—Lonisha, Hlui, Awmi, Iba, Priyanka, Mami, Rishav, and Ajay—displayed a level of synchronized attention that made our entire team feel like a priority at every meal.

Leisure stay in Hyderabad
Pros:

This was a pleasant stay nearby Hussain Sagar lake. The staff were very accommodating and the service was top notch. The food in the restaurant was very good. Especially the breakfast buffet. The executive lounge experience was actually nice with a wide selection of food and drinks.
