Wasn’t pleasant
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Room wasn’t available when tried to check in at 3:30, was told to wait for 30 minutes. When tried to check out if the room lock won’t open and the staff wasn’t helpful waited for a while until someone came to help and took few hours to unlock the door while my wallet and phone were inside. It was very inconvenient for us as we had a flight to catch in the evening. Really frustrating

Not worth the price as the check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm for 23hours stay
Pros:

I did not stay here coz they has asked me to pay extra for an early check-in and early check-out. Since I was already there they could have offered me the room at the same price but then I had the breakfast there and moved in with my friends in another hotel.

Pros:

Room was comfortable, especially the bed. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. View over the lake was lovely.

Cons:

Cleanliness level needs improvement, it was obvious parts of the room had not been cleaned at all. There was a strong odor coming from the drains and throughout the room, very off putting. Appreciate it may not be in their control, but have never experienced that in other Marriott properties in India. Food was universally terrible, and the lounge was empty of any food at all most of the day.

Marriott name at stake
Pros:

The brand Marriott.

And the staff - polite and humble

Cons:

1. Rooms are small.
2. Furniture requires immediate change.
3. The lamps and lighting in the room are worn out and requires to attended immediately.
4. Rest Room and especially the bath tub was ordinary in apperance.
5. The curtains are obselete and do not move .
6. The linen absolutely worn out.

Short weekend getaway

I liked the breakfast spread .great assembly for dishes ranging from local to continental and millet based recipes..loved the lounge services by komal , renee.. Housekeeping was prompt and good

My room had 2 twin beds joint together which would move in case you lean against the headrest and the bed was not fixed to the headrest.This was very unpleasant..The key card was deactivated bfr 12 which was poor customer experience..The lobby phones on the 5th floor weren't working and I had to come to the reception to get the key card activated..Wonder why would you deactivate bfr the guest checks out ?? The view from the room was not at all good and I did highlight the same at check in, however no one called back despite promising to do so
