Great location ! Close walk to some touristic areas, but the street itself is not so crowded even at peak season ! Absolutely loved that it wasn’t far from the Piazzale Roma too. Also the bedding was clean and just perfect, and the staff very very helpful.
SO noisy. Of course it’s an old building and it’s a good value for money so you can expect thin walls and a lot of people around (earplugs are a must). The curtains were not occulting and the bathroom was old, I personally did not mind. No strange smell or anything.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing.
* The bathroom was not cleaned properly throughout my stay. On arrival, I found long black hair stuck to the bathroom walls
* The room itself felt quite dated, with visible marks and scuffs on the walls in both the bedroom and the bathroom.
* When I arrived at around 7:00 pm to check in, the hotel was closed. I waited outside for approximately 20 minutes while repeatedly calling the reception, but no one answered. There was also no notice on the door explaining the situation. I eventually left to check in at another hotel, and only then did someone call me back, saying they had “only stepped out for a few minutes,” which was obviously not the case

Em baño. Era muy pequeño. El retrete estaba muy junto al lavamanos y casi no podías usarlo con comodidad.
Location is excellent, in the heart of Dorsoduro. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, we felt like they were genuinely happy to accomodate us, even though our booking was last minute. Even though the hotel is small, they offered to keep our bags after check out and helped with carrying the suitcases up narrow stair. The bed linens and towels were very clean and crisp. Tha air conditioning in the room was running.
The hotel is old and the rooms are small. But we didn't expect any different.
Hotel con un estilo muy retro, pero necesita un importante mantenimiento. El baño estaba en muy malas condiciones: la tapa del inodoro estaba suelta y se movía constantemente, además el lavabo estaba justo encima, lo que dificultaba su uso. La bañera tenía zonas con óxido y no disponía ni de mampara ni de cortina, por lo que el agua se salía por todo el baño.
La cama de la habitación tenía ruedas y, una vez acostados, se movía sola. También los enchufes estaban en mal estado, ya que nos resultó imposible cargar dos teléfonos móviles.
Como puntos positivos, el aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente, la ubicación del hotel es buena y el trato del personal fue excelente.
Como sugerencia, el llavero de la habitación podría ser menos pesado, ya que resulta algo incómodo de llevar.

The staff is nice
The room was in a very bad condition, furniture is old, the fridge does not work, there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, the smell is very bad.

We were left outside despite having a confirmed reservation and a check-in time of 6:00 PM. When traveling internationally, especially from overseas, arrival times can vary significantly. Since our stay had already been fully paid for, it was very disappointing to be denied access over a €40 shortfall.
The hotel’s policy requires guests to provide passports, but not all visitors are from Italy. There should be a better process in place for international travelers who have already paid for their accommodations rather than leaving them stranded outside.
The following morning, we tried calling the hotel at 9:00 AM, but no one answered. We eventually had to walk to the property around noon to resolve the issue ourselves.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. The front desk staff appeared concerned about repercussions from upper management and seemed unable to help. We chose to leave rather than continue dealing with the situation.
Hospitality businesses should prioritize customer service and provide reasonable solutions for paying guests. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management reviews these policies and makes improvements for future guests.
