Hampton Inn Parsippany

I have & continue to have a wonderful experience at your hotel in part to your wonderful staff…including but not limited to, Jose, Rayshawn, Hermionie, Yaneesha, & the wonderful housekeeping staff!! Happy NY & thank you all!!

My overall experience was great! Hotel was kept clean and the staff were very kind to me and my family. Food was good and the hotel was local to everything. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Parsippany thanks to the excellent customer service from Rayshawn Stuart. I ran into an issue with my room key not working, and Rayshawn handled it immediately with patience and professionalism. He quickly reset everything, made sure the door worked, and even checked in later to confirm everything was perfect.

His welcoming attitude and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay more comfortable. Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone like him.

My experience was nothing short of amazing thanks to Front Office Manager Rayshawn. His professional, attentive attitude made my entire stay smooth and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit New Jersey!

Lives up to Hampton Inn reliability! Is it fancy? No, but you knew that. Do the rooms show a little wear? Yes, but so does my living room. Exceptionally clean rooms; pleasant service; comfortanble beds; waffle maker at breakfast. But, this Inn has a secret; It is connected to a Hilton, and you can use the very nice pool; work out in a decent fitness room; and eat a good dinner at Ruth's Chris restaurant; or upgrade your breakfast. Extra shout out to the team as the night we were there the Hilton had been designated a staging area for a storm-related state of emergency. Dozens of electrical workers showed up on short notice and the team did such a good job handling the influx, and making sure everyone was still taken care of. Clearly a well run place. Thanks!

Shower curtain would not stay closed. Water all over the floor.
Toilet seat was so low that it was difficult getting up. Looked like it was for a young child.
No refrigerator or microwave oven.
Definitely would not stay here again or recommend it

Clean, lots of lounge space. Staff is courteous, helpful and friendly.

After a brief overnight stay, I left in the morning with half a dozen welts that look suspiciously like bedbug bites.

Convenient spot, nice hotel with access to Hilton’s bar.

Found a stray hair on the bathroom door. The water temperature settings for the shower is backwards. Everything else is good

The room was spacious, so I could bring my massage table and do my exercises I need to do since I had a knee replacement. The room was very clean and sunny. The AC worked great. It was quiet. The bathroom needs a redo, but it was fine. We really enjoyed the pool. All the workers were very friendly. The waffles for breakfast were fabulous.
