Outstanding vegan food and a beautiful atmosphere.
Alan was an amazing server — attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better.
10/10, highly recommend!
Incredible. The food was amazing, wonderful ambiance and Alan made our experience superb! Huge thanks to Alan and the team - we will definitely be back
We loved our stay at this Hotel. The location was perfect and easy for us to get around. The moment we checked in we felt like the staff we there to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated and had a view of the garden. The cleaning staff were exceptional and went above and beyond just cleaning, they were amazing. Breakfast had a multitude of choices, from fresh cooked options to an expansive buffet of many great choices for all palates. Overall this hotel is well worth the extra cost. We would stay here again in a heartbeat as it made our visit to Buenos Aires even more memorable
Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires is a special place full of class, impeccable service, and beautiful surroundings. We loved the beautiful gardens and spent many meals al frescos. We had connecting rooms, one was a suite and the deco/ amenities were top notch with welcome wine and light refreshments (I assume because of our status). We used the sauna/Jacuzzi and pool and were please with cleanliness. The pool was deep and long enough for laps. The hotel is situated in a safe and classy area of BA and walking distance to the yellow bus station, cemetery, Art museum and other attractions.
Minor inconveniences: the hotel has too enhances with two check in areas but despite that, it was hard to find concierge to help with basics like booking at a restaurant. Also, sauna and pool closes at 8pm which I think is too early. We would have liked to use the facilities after a long day walking around on a few occasions.
All in all, still a 5 stars and would highly recommend!
We loved having breakfast on the terrace in the walled garden. We liked that we could have options of buffet or table service and that if we asked, our waitress would try to find us a table outside. Our room in the new 'tower' was quiet, well designed and very comfortable. The art installations were an unexpected bonus. We did not have dinner in the hotel, but were delighted with the recommendations made by the concierge team, who we found very helpful and informative. Do have a drink in the hotel bar as the cocktail waiters are highly skilled. The hotel is in a great location and we found we could easily walk to many of this wonderful city's main attractions.
Our only issue was when we came back to stay for a further night after we had been on a 10 day trip. I had asked for a late check in and if possible a late checkout the next day as we had an evening flight and wanted to spend further time exploring the city during the day. I appreciate this is not always possible and indeed the late check out was not available. So I asked if there was somewhere that we could change before we left for the airport. I was told we could use the spa. However, when we came back from our city tour bike ride, we were told that we would have to change in the business centre toilets. This was rather difficult and certainly not ideal and spoiled what otherwise had been the perfect stay. I think for a hotel of this quality, a better alternative could have been offered.
This really is a beautiful hotel. The gardens are stunning, overlooked by magnificent trees that shield you from the sun, ensuring pleasant dining experiences in the perfectly light breeze.
It's important to note that there are two buildings, the palace and then a more functional modern building. We were kindly upgraded within the modern building where we had a view of the palace from our window. As this was a celebration we were also gifted a magnificent bottle of Malbec which was much appreciated.
The room was large and had all modern conveniences. It did resemble a business centre and there were little details that felt odd like the positioning of the taps, shower head and toilet roll holder all of which didn’t seem to be in quite the right place! We didn’t mind though as the room perfectly served our needs and the view was great.
The afternoon tea here is fantastic, although the staff need to take care when packaging the leftovers. We were going to gift the remainder of the cakes to our local friend, but the staff put these in a box in a carrier bag on its side and destroyed them all sadly.
We were wonderfully looked after by the concierge Jose, he was superb. He advised us of where to explore and recommended that we dine at Don Julio in Palermo, also arranging a tour of their wine cellar, which was great.
The local area is lovely and it is safe to walk around. There is a certain European feel which made the city feel a little more familiar. The architecture is beautiful.
We would definitely recommend staying here. We thank the staff for their patience as we had a poor experience with the agent with whom we booked, and who managed to confuse all communication. In the end the staff ensured that this didn't affect our stay.
Room is adequate.
Room was not made when we returned at 2.00, left 8:00 am
Only bar in the hotel is a cigar bar, the smell of smoke is unbearable, no other bar to go to to have a drink
Service in rest is very slow, adequate at best.
Not impressed
We stayed here just one night and I wished we had the time to be a guest for several nights. It was a perfect experience! Thank you to the staff! They are amazing! I can’t find a thing wrong with them.
This is a really unique and special place. We really enjoyed the staff at the Palacio Duhau. I sprained my leg and they were able to make my stay more comfortable. Thank you so much!
On a scale of 1-10, Palacio Duhau is a 12! It is a spectacular hotel with super attentive people who are all warm, friendly and helpful. It is one of the finest hotels my wife & I have ever stayed.
Beautiful Hotel in a great central location. Spa was nice and convenient. There is no outside pool, and the inside one is more adult oriented in the spa. (if you have kids). The eating area was a park like setting outside in a courtyard. Staff was always friendly and helpful and knew your name.
Our suite was incredible!! The breakfast was great….but Xavier and the guys in the bar on the palace side were absolutely fantastic. They taught us about Argentinian wines like the reselling they are making here, and several Salta Malbecs. They also made us a really great version of a sea breeze
But they were genuine guys and we even talked about politics and it was incredible. Our stay here was fantastic…but the guys in the bar…on our last night at the hotel…made this a really great experience and we can not thank them enough.
Excellent location and beautiful old mansion. Food quality was very good.
Very limited breakfast that's expensive. For USD60 you get essentially choice of egg Benedict (ham or veg), omelette (ham or veg) and ham and cheese sandwich. No bacon, no sausage, no potatoes, no international fair like congee or noodles. Coffee was all Nespresso, no barista onsite. Not at all good value for money. For a hotel of this caliber I expect much better breakfast
酒店装潢及风景
员工服务不佳,不专业,性价比低
Nice building
Food and coffee. People don’t know difference between Americano and black coffee
Serviço de quarto e academia.
Preços dos vinhos e comida dos restaurantes.
My favorite hotel in BA - and there are many great hotels in BA that I have stayed in before. On this visit, our room was not ready when we checked in (check in is at 3pm and we arrived at 12). Without our asking, the front desk offered us a day room to use while our reserved room was prepared (the prior occupant would not be leaving until 4). I have never been offered this before by any hotel and it was amazing! I have to thank the front desk team for offering that. Typical of the great service at the hotel
Excelente lugar y ubicación e infraestructura pero falta en calidad de personal. Deben mejorar en atención. Mi check in fue de 30 minutos.
