To expensive to many different charges especially parking if you stay there you should park for free
I agree with everyone's inputs on how bad this place is and the folks behind the desk argue with you. I stay in Residence Inn's all across America and not once EVER had me register with a parking app, then charge me for the privilege of parking at their location(12/day). Oh, BTW, just received a bill from their parking enforcement agency telling us we violated the parking rules and now owe 75 dollars!!! We now have to fight with a webpage with no phone number to call and have to take time to straighten this out!
In addition, when I called to change my reservation from 5 days to 4, they said they could not as they were booked solid for the weekend...even though I was not asking for another day just removal of one! Had to call corporate as this place just wanted money, which is ALL they want from you. Then everyday we received upgrade emails from a supposedly SOLD OUT hotel! I can assure you, as we came in at all times, including the nice picture of us, "violating the parking rules at 12:59AM", the parking lot had maybe 1/3 of the slots full.
Hotel was okay, but it is completely out of line that you have to pay for parking! Scan a code, and enter a parking app to pay. Huge parking lot, and the only cars there are staying at hotel. So why can't you just add it into the room charge. Bogus!!!
*suburban (almost rural) location next to nothing but a Target and you charge $12/day for parking
*zero water provided in the room and only available for purchase
*Mattresses are a double. No chance that is a queen (verified with Chat GPT :)
This is a Residence Inn(!) Typically the brand stands for the opposite of what I found.
The staff was wonderful very nice hotel in the suburbs
Love this place, love the layout.
Did not clean room one day. Under couch and bed debris from previous guests.
Loved the pool, hot tub. Loved the room layout, and that we had everything we needed to cook in the room.
The bed is too small. It also is listed as a king on the website but it is not a king sized bed. It is a full at the most. Too small for two people. I don’t agree with having to pay for parking. I feel that the rooms are priced such that parking should be free.
The hotel is clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk, Faleke, greeted us with a smile, was courteous, polite and extremely helpful.
Great
This hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great and always well stocked. I would’ve given them 5 stars but I don’t agree with having to pay to park on the private hotel lot. I also don’t like the size of the bed, it’s listed as a queen but seemed more like a full size. Very small!
No hot water, seriously???? Can't remember last that happened to me, and I travel on weekly basis.... never again.
As always, this hotel is amazing. Everything is excellent, and the staff is incredibly attentive. Highly recommended!
