Horrible Hotel
Pros:

Terrible booking experience and my refund was not honored or returned even though the room was later booked and rented, thus they were paid twice. Shows the way a second rate hotel would operate. The CEO ignored my emails and showed complete incompetence.

Friends Trip to Sardinia
Pros:

This was our first visit to Sardinia.
CPH Pevero was a perfect choice. Beautiful rustic setting, view of Porto Cervo. The hotel is lovely, our accommodations perfect with a terrace and the hotel service fantastic, especially the Concierge desk and restaurant staff.

Pros:

Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que eu já experimentei... simplesmente sensacional!!!
A equipe do Hotel também é maravilhosa, todos muito atenciosos.
O Hotel é muito bem localizado, a piscina é um show a parte!!!
Recomendo!!!

Cons:

Só não gostei de ter que pagar pelo espaço/cadeira de praia na praia, mas acho que isso é uma prática do local, mesmo assim achei caro.
De resto, gostei de tudo!

Luxury 5Star hotel on the outskirts of Porto Cervo
Pros:

Although this is almost the end of the hotel season , all the staff were exemplary , genuinely 5* star service and nothing too much trouble ,

The hotel is on the hill above Porto Cervo marina .. it’s 5 or 6 mins in the hotel shuttle down to the bars and shops down there .

Our room was very well appointed, had a huge double aspect balcony , ( Room 111 ) and bath / shower and all general amenities.

We’d definitely visit again , and must mention the young concierge Grazia who was a wonderful help with our bookings , a great staff member

Hotel POLICY
Pros:

I reserve three nights through Amex and one additional night a week before we were schedule to travel to a wedding that was hosting guests in the hotel from different places. The wedding reception was at the hotel. I was schedule to arrive on a Wednesday Sunday morning my wife tested positive for Covid I cancel the reservation through Amex with no problem but the hotel enforced the non refundable room I reserved for the additional night. I sent an email to the hotel director who never answer. The hotel had rooms and the unfortunate last minute cancellation due to illness (I sent copies of the medical tests as supporting evidence) did not cause any loses to the hotel. The answer was “this is the policy”. Very poor customer service and for sure not a professional way of handling a client request. Service is everything and a one minute kind email response could have been very welcomed.

Muito conforto no hotel e praia gostosa!
Pros:

Quarto muito confortável e amplo, banheiro super confortável e limpo. O atendimento foi muito bom. E adoramos a praia.

Localização não é boa. Está a mais de 100 metros para atingir a praia passando ainda por dentro de um estacionamento:, o uso das cadeiras de praia e do guarda sol é C OBRADO por dia, o que é um absurdo para a categoria do hotel. Nunca vi isso em hoteis da mesma categoria e até superio,r inclusive no Brasil cobrar pelo uso.
Preço muito elevado pelo que oferece.
Custo benefício está acima das expectativas.
PISCINA DE BOAS DIMENSÕES E BEM PLANEJADA,,MAS A AGUA, EMBORA, EM INTENSO VERÃO, ESTAVA GELADA EM TODOS OS DIAS EM QUE LA PERMANECI. ALIÁS A MAIORIA DOS HOSPEDES NÃO INGRESSAVAM NA PISCINA POR ESSSA RAZÃO. FRIZE-SE NÃO ERA AGUA FRIA COM RELAÇÃO A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE. ERA GELADA, NÃO SEI PORQUE.

Un cadre parfait pour une belle échappée sarde
Pros:

Très bel établissement avec piscine et plage (transats payants en sus). Emplacement proche de beaucoup de restaurants.
Les chambres rénovées sont très confortables, jolies et la vue (sur mer) est superbe. Le service et le personnel sont très bien également.
J'ai profité du spa pour un massage, c'était certainement un des meilleurs qu'on m'ait fait!

Cons:

Transats plage payants
Pas de service a proprement parler en bord de piscine, il faut se déplacer au bar.
