Service is perfect - staff and concierge
Loved everything
I booked this hotel based on the room shown on the website. Unfortunately, the room I received looks significantly different from the one advertised.
The photos show a bright, open layout with a clear line of sight from the entrance to the balcony. In reality, the room has a large wardrobe positioned in the middle, dividing the space and completely changing the layout. This major feature is not shown in any of the promotional photos.
I understand that rooms can vary slightly, but this is not a minor difference. The actual room has a completely different feel from what is advertised, and I believe the website does not accurately represent what guests can expect.
I would encourage the hotel to update its room photos so they reflect the current layout. Guests should be able to make their booking based on accurate and realistic images, without unpleasant surprises upon arrival.
Clean and near nice beach.

Nice hotel with a beautiful pool, very friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. The room was comfortable, but unfortunately the air conditioning could not be properly controlled. Despite turning it off, the room remained excessively cold throughout the night. The staff promptly sent a technician, but the issue could not be resolved. My wife and I had to sleep fully dressed, as the extra blankets provided were not sufficient. A pity, as otherwise the service and overall experience were very good.

Restaurante do café da manhã muito quente. Sem ar condicionado ou mesmo ventiladores. Comida bem mediana.
Um amigo que estava conosco teve problema no seu quarto com barulho muito alto do quarto ao lado e mesmo o hotel não estando cheio não trocaram para ele. Causou muito desconforto ao grupo.
Oltre alla parte architettonica che è molto bella con le sue splendide piscine, la gentilezza del personale soprattutto quella della parte ristorante.

Hotel was situated in a great location, no more than 5-10 minutes drive (we hired a car) to wonderful restaurants and the marina.
Accommodation was great, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout all departments. Concierge extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations.
We stayed for 10 days in the middle of June and enjoyed the lovely quiet atmosphere around the pool and on the beach.
Rooms well equipped and very comfortable beds. Plenty of storage space, wardrobes and drawers.
Would recommend this lovely Hotel as a great place to enjoy your trip to Sardinia and will definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!

Not directly at the beach, needs 5 min walk but there is also a transport service. Beach is very nice, but there is a ridiculously high extra charge for sunbed and umbrella. 70€/person and day which is really annoying!
I loved how the room service the cleaned the room twice a day in the morning and second time at night before bed time
It was very comfortable and good food and drinks.
The hotel is beautiful, and its facilities are exceptionally tasteful, from the common areas to the room décor and outdoor spaces. The staff is outstanding, with special recognition to the wonderful Raimondo, who was always incredibly kind and ready to help. The breakfast is fantastic, with everything fresh and delicious. The location is excellent as well.
The only thing I didn't like is that hotel guests have to pay for the beach chairs. I think it really should be included.

Beautiful well maintained
The bedrooms were old, like 80s style, not redecorated. Also zero privacy, bedroom entrance door were old and allowed noise and light to go through
