Cons:

Quand j ai reservé sur booking j avais coché chambre avec petit dejeuner et annulation possible et au final je n avais que la chambre mais par contre j ai bien payé le prix fort.

Personnel vraiment exceptionnel et emplacement idéal, mais le séjour a été gâché par le manque d’entretien et de propret
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal en plein centre d’Arcachon, proche de tout. Le personnel est accueillant et le lit était confortable.

Cons:

La chambre est petite pour le prix, plusieurs équipements étaient bancals ou mal fixés (porte-serviettes, support papier toilette, crochet), le miroir de la salle de bain était sale avec des traces et des poils, et la climatisation ne permettait pas de diriger correctement l’air. Globalement, l’entretien et la propreté de la chambre étaient décevants par rapport au tarif.
