Overall good except for the slippery floor.
Cons:

the floor in the entryway and bathroom was slippery. I almost fell once. It seemed like there was some sort of slippery soap scum on it that hadn't been washed clean.

This hotel is a good budget stay

Comfortable overnight stop
Pros:

The hotel was clean and professional, and someone had gotten enthusiastic with Easter decorations in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. We would have been ok with staying longer if we needed to spend a few days in the area.

Cons:

We had trouble working out how to drive into the property from the GPS directions as it shares a driveway with the student housing on the side street. The coffee could have been a bit stronger.
