Overall it was a nice room but cleaning service and room cards were poor
Pros:

Size of the room, location, comfortable beds and nice indoor hot tub/pool

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room (our room didn’t get cleaned one day and it was very poorly cleaned another day, with wet towels left on the floor and beds only partially made/very sloppy) and breakfast quality, and key cards not working (and having to be replaced every single day) and limited parking.

Pros:

Provo sucked as the wrong dates were enter into my reservation and the hotel was sold out and they would not cancel my reservation. I was charged for a night stay when the hotel was sold out. May 15-16 was changed to 16-18 and the hotel would not cancel my charges. I’ve been a kayak customer but your part has a lot of needed improvement. I want a refund!!!

Comfortability for the cats
Pros:

Very clean for comfort in.They always say that they're not a great hotel.This one was wonderful staff was amazing.The breakfast we'll talk about that.On the other one.But otherwise, everything was really nice on that aspect

The bad.... Besides the breakfast, the eggs were so hard. I literally could have cut someone with them and overcooked, but I didn't really care about that. What I cared about is there was a smell in our room like almost like it was cat. Urine odor I doused our room over and over with fairly expensive perfume to try to get rid of the smell
. And I just couldn't get rid of it. So when I called him down there, when I first entered, I asked him if they could spray something. We were getting ready to leave, and if they did. I'm pretty sure they didn't when we got back. It was the same same overpowering smell, and it literally smelled like cat. Urine, it was horrible. It was hard to sleep when we asked to change rooms. We couldn't do the hotel was sold out. It was a big concert happening. We're right across the street. So I get that cause that's where we were at. But it was just really, really hard. We had a perfume.Our seats around our faces and have the air condition on the smell was overwhelming.That was the only complaint I had.Otherwise everything was beautiful
