For the most part this was a positive stay and would stay again.
Pros:

I liked everything about this stay except for one thing. Service was superior! Breakfast was superb. Hotel was very clean and orderly.

Cons:

The bed mattress was very soft and worn out. I felt like I was falling backwards both nights and eventually had to reverse my direction, switching my feet and head on the bed. My wife was ok with her mattress. Any old mattresses should be replaced. Quality of sleep matters. All else was great. Would stay again.

Cons:

There was construction going on outside of our room, the AC unit would squeal randomly (as we found out in the middle of the night) and there wasn’t enough parking for both of us to park our cars on the premises. Also no public parking around the hotel… it was a rough stay.

We had a great experience staying here!
Pros:

Breakfast was good with the usual options. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near a main street with lots of stores and restaurants nearby, but noise was never an issue. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The parking lot is kind of small, and you need a permit. It's okay, you just have to remember to display the permit.

Extremely disappointing.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

It took 4 times to get the keycard to work, the hotel is also student housing with noise until 11:45pm, we reserved with pets but were told there was a 2 pet limit. We had 2 small dogs and a cat. Our poor cat had to stay in our car overnight, parking was extremely limited, and our cost was much higher than what was charged on Booking.com. I felt the additional charges should have been made known up front. We will not stay there again.

Good room and pool. Terrible service.
Pros:

Big pool.

Cons:

No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes I stood there. There was no bell to ting or anything and I called the front desk like 5 times with no answer while wife and 5 kids were roasting in the car. When Sol came to check us in she didn’t even say anything or apologize.
