The sheets were clean.
The smell. It was vile. Dead birds in the hallway and the smell of death. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in previously and you could see outside from inside. I couldn’t bring myself to shower there because the bathroom was so nasty. No ventilation or fan. The room was extremely hot when we got there and it took a long time to cool down to the 70s so we could sleep. A small child had to help the grownups check us in. And this might be a booking.com problem, but the listing said pets were free yet we were charged extra when we got there. There were black spots on the ceiling over the bed that I’m pretty sure were mold. There was no mold on the bathroom ceiling and it looked like it had been painted over, as the paint was fresh but the ceiling was squishy.
Nothing
It was dirty and in disrepair. The sink leaked water onto the floor, causing a puddle on the carpet, which was mold, infested and peg bugs in it. Carpet was disgusting. The bathroom floor was not clean in the corners. The bathroom sink was not clean. The tub was not clean. The entire room smelled bad. There were holes in the curtain. The gangway reeked of cow manure and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since winter; at least one of the window panels was broken. Breakfast was gross. The coffee machine didn’t work properly and just dispensed black sludge. The room was dirty and clammy, and the glass in the door was shattered. There was no ice to be found. We filled our water bottles from the sink there, but the water tasted awful.
When we checked in, a child who could not have been more than age 10 handled the transaction, with an adult standing nearby. I did not like handing my ID or credit card over to child.
Parking lot did not look safe. Lots of people were just hanging around outside, and the place smelled of cattle and marijuana. It was junk and old carpeting piled around.
An open trailer full of building supplies was parked in the port coucher, so we couldn’t pull up to the door.
Not a thing
All of it
I missed it but my kids ate. there was eggs bagels sausage cereal fruit
there should have been more food. my son said that he wanted more but looked like there was not enough for all the guest. he didn't ask but wanted to be respectfully to others.
Good breakfast. Clean
Bed was good
I have stayed here numerous times on various trips and previously really thought it was a good value. I think there must be new ownership but it is definitely gone downhill! Shower did not work at all a trickle and water would not get warm. Felt dirty Don't think I'll be staying here again.
Old facility, staff working hard to keep it up.
Place needs a makeover. Entrance from west to east is dangerous, not really a left turn spot.
Nothing ! Even the coffee the next morning was awful 😖
The room was freezing cold and heater didn't work very well . Pillows were one inch thick just awful place .Will never stay there again
I did not access the breakfast
Did not access the breakfast
Almost everything was on the bad side: the location, the noises coming from the upstairs, the breakfast if you can call that a breakfast. And the price ...
