Pros:

We stay at this hotel whenever visiting my son at SIUE. It’s a simple and clean room for an overnight stay. It very close in location to SIUE campus. Decent breakfast food offered as expected at a hotel free breakfast. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express when traveling. I wanted something economical and clean for our visits. This family run hotel is a good value.

Poor Ownership
Pros:

Reserved a presidential suite. They gave me two queen beds for me and my wife. Was unacceptable. Went to another hotel. The kicker, they won't refund my money and said I stayed. I didn't. After calling for a week, I was refunded $30 of my $160 charge, because I didn't cancel in time. They didn't have a room, how is that a cancelation on my side. Be warned, the kid hiding in the back room was unhelpful. The place was not clean, at least in the entrance area, because I never saw a room. Very poor business practice. Check the camera??????? Yall should be ashamed.

Perfect stay with twins. Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, and delicious waffles every morning. Recommend a suite!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here with our twins. Traveling with babies can be challenging, but this hotel made everything feel easy and stress free. The room was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Having two refrigerators was incredibly convenient for storing bottles, milk, and snacks. The recliner and couch gave us extra space to relax, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which we appreciated after long days with little ones.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a great bonus, especially the fresh waffles and variety of other options. We felt comfortable, accommodated, and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

Homey atmosphere, easy location
Pros:

Very comfortable and inviting. The room rates were good and easy location for traveling thru. Breakfast was really good. I’m a coffee snob so didn’t care for the coffee, but Starbucks around the corner. The entire place felt cared for and clean.

A Pleasant Night's Stay
Pros:

Location was private and quiet. The room was cozy and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Shower had great water pressure and was hot. Breakfast was replenished frequently and had a good variety of items to choose from. We would definitely stay there again!
