Expensive like everything else in Switzerland. Never into 10am check out, too early.

The door code did not work when we arrives at 8.00 in the evening. We spent over an hour trying to get in touch with Vision Apartments, without success. Eventually we had to find another place to stay in for the night and spent CHF 45 on a taxi to get there.
At 10.30 that evening we received a message to say there had been an entry code malfunction that had finally been fixed. By that time we had settled into the hotel we had found. We returned to the apartment the following morning and entered at 11:00am.
I asked for compensation and was initially offered a 30% discount code, presumably for future bookings. I was finally offered a refund of 83% of the first night's cost. I was told this was not 100% because the daily rate runs from 3:00pm each day and we had managed finally to get in 4 hours earlier.
A fair response by a good company would have been to offer 100% refund of the cost of the night's accommodation we had missed, plus the additional transport costs we had incurred.
Finally, the ventilation system in the apartment was not working, when the outside temperature was 30+.
Overall we had a very bad experience with Vision Apartments. Their response to the problems we encountered (which were entirely their fault) was very poor and the compensation offered was disappointing. We will not be staying in one of their properties again.

There was no AC and it was unbearable to do anything including the room, including sleep.

No air conditioning and the building appear to be suffering some severe humidity issues as the smell in my floor was bad and a machine to extract the humidity was 24h on the corridor making a lot of noise.

No AC, no breakfast, no cleaning or changing bedding and towels, no stuff around if you need anything

Good place for stay but without human touch or soul. Not great for hospitality industry.

No air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave. Kitchenette is very minimalist

Çatı katında (5. Katta )kalmak çok mantıksız oldu. Sıcakta direk güneş tepende çünkü camlar tavanda, yağmurda cam açamazsın su direk içeri giriyor. Bir de sinek ve böcekler camdan yatağa düşüyor doğruca.
Temizlik fena değildi sadece lavobalar bence tam temizlenmemişti

Die Klimaanlage war leider nur Deko.
Stickig vom Lounge Bereich, über das Treppenhaus bis in dem Zimmer.
Terrasse leider nicht zugänglich für Hotelgäste.
Lounge Bereich wirkte verlassen und nicht einladend.

There was no air conditioner and It was very hot inside the building.

I never received an email with our check in code so had to wait outside for some time when we arrived - not what you need after you've been travelling with a child ... however once I called the number the person on the phone was friendly and helpful and got us in fairly quickly.

Room arrangements were v strange

Facilities, the room was run down. There was no where to hang my clothes, no air con. Breakfast staff they were delightful, but limited options on the menu.
