Konumu oldukça iyi ve oda oldukça temizdi. Banyo ve yaşam alanını bir perde ayırıyor, bu aslına bakarsanız bizim için bir sorun değildi, ancak (binanın tamamındaki odalar bu şekilde mi bilmiyorum) WCde pencere olması ve panjur ile tam olarak kapatılamaması bir problemdi :) Pencereyi havlu kapatarak rahat edebildik.

Comfortable in the room, location not really central but near the tram with total access.
Pros:

I was a good value. No complaint about the room.

Cons:

If you arrive at night the place is pitch black. You have to shine a light on each of the 3 keypads to enter your code as you progress to your room. The doors are not well labeled in daylight, but are impossible at night. If nothing else the management should install floor lighting so someone doesn't trip and sustain an serious injury. I'm not a fearful person, but some people might freak walking through the first floor along in the dark with no one around at all. Seriously management: think about it.

1) A broken bed with planks,
2) Uncleaned toilet and toilet trash from the previous customer,
3) When the window is opened, there are 4-5 large trash containers right in front of it. (ground floor 101)
5) Despite emails being sent regarding the cleaning and the broken bed, there was no interest or solution provided.
6) The absence of liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom on the first day.

Cons:

I had to sleep on a broken bed for two nights . They said they fixed the bed but as soon as I lay on it it collapsed . poor quality beds the slates did not fit under the bed and I am not a big person I weigh 58kg .

Cons:

There was no chair to use at the desk / table so the only place to sit was the bed, not ideal. Also there was a nice lamp for light, but it had the wrong plug so was not usable!

The location is perfect. Close to tram stop and around Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

The water from the shower leaked out of the shower platform and leaked into the room. I tried calling the service but no one picked up. Stayed 2 nights with a wet floor everytime after shower.

lovely location; helpful staff and excellent value for money. I would return there.
Pros:

the location, and the staff. Apartment had all I needed for my stay, and was quite clean.

Cons:

That I was unable to check in at 2pm and had to wait downstairs till three, and then I asked if I could leave at 11am instead of 10, but they refused. 10am is too early for a checkout.
