Not worth the money
Pros:

It was convenient to the places we wanted to visit.

Cons:

On the bottom floor with a hair salon, bar and public WC, with dumpsters out our window that were emptied noisily one morning. Didn’t enjoy much about the place

Central, confortável e funcionário muito atencioso

Alojamento confortável, perfeito para uma pequena estadia, óptima localização, muito central perto dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade de Zurique, não precisei de transportes para visitar a cidade em dois dias e meio de visitas a Zurique visitamos a cidade sempre a pé. O hotel apesar de ter check in online, com passowrds de entrada fomos recebidos pelo funcionário do bar, o Rodrigo que é português e foi muito gentil connosco prestando-nos todas as informações de acesso ao hotel e quarto, assim como os locais a visitar, muito atencioso, super cinco estrelas, não
podíamos ter tido melhor recepção do que esta.

Cons:

Como apartamento ficava no piso zero, quando os hóspedes entram tarde para os quartos e saírem cedo ouve-se o barulho, este e é ponto que menos gostamos, mas não pôs em causa a estadia e a hospitalidade com que fomos recebidos.

Eine totale Katastrophe!

Ich schreibe und veröffentliche diese Bewertung, damit andere Nutzer möglichst gut darüber informiert sind, was sie buchen oder bereits gebucht haben.

Leider war unsere Erfahrung insgesamt SEHR NEGATIV.

Das Apartment sah schlechter aus als erwartet, und wir sind auf eine Reihe von ernsthaften Problemen gestoßen (von den kritischsten zu weniger gravierenden):

— Im WC gibt es keinerlei Privatsphäre: Man kann von außen durch das Fenster hineinschauen. Der Vorhang funktioniert nicht, daher mussten wir ein Handtuch aufhängen.
— Wasserkocher, große Lampe und Ventilator sind nicht nutzbar, da die Steckdosen nicht passen EU Stecker (Foto).
— Die Dusche ist in der Ecke (der vom Eingang entfernten) undicht, sodass Wasser ins Zimmer läuft.
— Das Gebäude liegt an einer Hauptstraße - ständiger Lärm durch vorbeifahrende Autos in der Nacht.
— Die Möbel sind in schlechtem Zustand: teilweise kaputt, schmutzig, stark abgenutzt oder nicht repariert (Foto).
— Der Duschschschlauch ist komplett verrostet (Foto).
— Die Farbe in der Dusche ist aufgeplatzt und teilweise abgeblättert.
— An der Decke sind gelbe Wasserflecken (Foto).
— In der Mikrowelle stand noch Geschirr vom vorherigen Gast (Foto) - zur Qualität der Reinigung.
— Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und bietet kaum Auswahl: Ei, 3 Sorten Wurst, 1 Sorte Käse, etwas Obst, Brot und Croissant.
— Der Lichtschalter funktioniert nicht richtig / klemmt (Foto).
— Die Schere ist kaputt.
— Der Mülleimer ist kaputt.
— Die Reinigung im Zimmer ist auf einem sehr niedrigen Niveau: Haare auf dem Boden, schmutziges Waschbecken (Foto).

Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass sich das Management weder um den Zustand des Hotels noch um die Instandhaltung kümmert, sondern ausschließlich auf Profit ausgerichtet ist. Vermutlich wird auf diese Bewertung eine Standardantwort folgen wie „dadurch können wir günstige Preise anbieten“.
