لما اتصلت على الاوتيل موظفه السنترال حصه ادعت انها موظفة الاستقبال عشان تاخذ البيانات وللاسف ما خدمتني وما حولتني على الاستقبال بحجه انه ممنوع وعطتني سعر اعلى من سعر الاون لاين . رغم ان طلبي عندهم لكن بلغتني انه ممنوع تحول وهذا الكلام غير مقبول وتصرف غير احترافي .

اللحاف وشرشف السرير فيها بقع ،، كلمناهم يغيروها، وغيروه وكمان كان فيه بقع. واضح ان الغسيل سيء جداً.
