Great Stay!
Pros:

We stayed here in late July with Marriott points. This is a good value for about 50k points a night, which is what Marriott bonus rooms for Bonvoy credit card offers. This is about 25 minute walk to downtown Florence. Which maybe a deal breaker if you’re looking to be in center of town but by staying here you can save a lot of money or points. The river walk to downtown Florence is also very nice. The room was updated and clean. We had a king size bed and they let our 8 year old daughter stay in the room with us which we coordinated ahead of time. The room is not big but is efficiently decorated which maximizes the space. The lobby was renovated and the breakfast was good. They also had complimentary water bottles in the room which is hard to find in Europe. The tram stop is 5 mins walk, the main train station is also about 10 min walk which makes it convenient to take trains across Italy. They respond to emails quickly and staff is helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per un “errore” commesso da un sito di prenotazioni e sono molto felice che sia successo. Struttura ottima, pulizia impeccabile, ottima posizione a piedi per la vicinanza con l’ippodromo del visarno, personale super disponibile, gentile e preparato. Alla reception abbiamo avuto modo di interfacciarci con il ragazzo Alessio che ha capito subito la nostra sfortunata situazione e ci ha trattato divinamente. Purtroppo non abbiamo fatto in tempo a provare la colazione ma torneremo sicuramente per farlo!
