El mantenimiento de la regadera del baño, el agua en la regadera no sale bien.

Excelente hotel, excelente ubicación, servicio y atención mas que increible. Aun que tienen el servicio de estacionamiento, puedes dejar tu carro aun lado del hotel sin ningun problema, super segura y tranquila la calle. El restaurante super bien la atencion y la comida riquisima. Super recomiento cuando vayan a Puebla es el mejor lugar para quedarse.
La atención del personal de restaurante, la señora de los desayunos, no recuerdo su nombre y Gabriel fue de primera
La lámpara de escritorio no funcionó
El Desayuno incluido fue Buffet bastante bien.
Atención de su personal y ubicación
Solo no me agrado que se escuchaba ruido las instalaciones hidráulicas vecinas. (Descargas del wc, regadera, etc). Se puede descansar pero si se notaba esa diferencia con respecto a otros hoteles de la misma cadena. Y se agradecería un horario mas amplio en la piscina.

La recepcionista desde el momento que llegamos al hotel el primer día y segundo.
1. En la noche solo hay un mesero y tardo en nuestra cena. De ahí todo bien deben poner a otro para apoyar al mesero.
2. El domingo el que está en recepción, no fue amable para darnos información sobre el guarda equipaje.
De ahí todo lo demás excelente.
La habitación estaba aparentemente limpia, debajo de la cama había ropa interior de otros huéspedes. Al día siguiente no retiraron la basura.
De ahí en fuera todo bien.
Ubicacion
Tenian un par de manijas del baño, descompuestas.
La atención del personal.
La alberca no estaba climatizada, estaba fría y mi visita fue durante semana santa así que por tal motivo creo q deberían poner la caldera.
Me quedé en el piso 7 y la segunda noche siempre estuvo un ruido muy incomodo como de una bomba de agua o algo así, toda la noche lo cual se vuelve molesto al descanso.
