Achei o Hotel muito gostoso , café bem servido.
Comprei pensao completa e me decepcionei ( esperava mais).
Se voltar não farei mais isso .

Cons:

A equipe estava em treinamento, na recpção a menina que me atendeu totalmente perdida, não explicou nada, não sabia do check in mais cedo.
Não explicou nada sobre o check out , nem sobre o hotel .
E eu acabei me confundido com check out pra mim seria 17 h , mas segundo eles 15 (devo ter lido errado), enfim. Ligaram no quarto as 15;40h e foram extremamente grosseiros, vocês tem de sair imediatamente ou vão pagar outra diaria. (desnecessário o tom e a agressividade)
e depois, ninguem para explicar nada (Ah so deixar as pulseiras aqui)
Acho que para um casal que estava comemorando 27 anos de casados, primeira vez no Hotel, quarto superior vista por mar, que tinha grandes possibilidades de consumir mais, e retornar com os filhos, não ficou uma boa impressão.

Como estava chovendo tivemos que usar mais dentro do hotel e senti falta de uma academia e spa melhor!

Localizacao, lazer, cafe da manhã, hall de central aconchegante!

Cons:

Achei a academia muito velha, aparelhos velhos, vazamento no teto! Tem muito a melhorar, vista da janela um teto mal cuidado! Nao combina com o restante do hotel! A sauna nao funcionava direito, tinha que jogar agua no termostato pra gelar.

É Ok, uma estrutura grande mas já degradada pelo tempo com manutenção apenas de aparencia.

Restaurante, horário de atendimento e disponibilidade de refeições limitado, Almoço começa após as 13hs somente, café da tarde com horário bem limitado também somente após as 17hs, para quem vai com crianças pequenas, é péssimo a disponibilidade de alimentação.

Precisa melhorar o atendimento
Pros:

Sempre gostamos de tudo, vamos algumas vezes ao ano , nos divertimos muito. Comida sempre boa, quartos confortáveis, piscina maravilhosa e praia muito agradável.

Cons:

Tenho percebido que alguns funcionários são mal educados, e parecem estar fazendo favor ao hóspede, dão respostas atravessadas, ignoram, ou respondem mau. O serviço no Brasil está cada vez mais em declínio, destratam mesmo o cliente. infelizmente episódios que não deveriam ocorrer, pagamos muito caro para não ter um tratamento à altura.
