O quarto que fiquei era muito desconfortável por ter que andar agachada.
Pros:

Ótima localização, café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Fique em um quarto tipo sótão, com teto inclinado e tinha que andar agachada a maior parte do quarto.
Solicitei a troca de quarto e me informaram que eu teria que pagar por uma pessoa extra (que não tinha) para poder fazer essa troca.

Nobody tells you about the payment of breakfast.
The price for one person is 18 euro!!! So without knowing they charge us 108 euro for 2 people for 3 days for very cheap and bad breakfast. Thiefs!

Buen hotel en el centro de Madrid pero...
Pros:

Nos pareció un buen hotel con una muy buena ubicación (Está en una plaza relativamente tranquila en el centro de Madrid). El personal fué amable y la limpieza muy buena.

Cons:

Me gustaría comentar tres aspectos que nos llamaron la atención en un hotel de 4*:
1.- La entrada al edificio es a través de una pasarela metálica que dá la impresión de edicifio en obras, sin terminar.
2.- La habitación tenia un tamaño reducido haciendo que, al ser de dos camas, una de ellas estaba pegada a la pared teniendo que acceder a ella por los pies de la cama o a través de la otra.
3.- El armario desmerece mucho la calidad del hotel. Da impresión de mala calidad y las puertas no cerraban bien.
Siento tener que poner estos comentarios por que el hotel, en general, nos gustó y si se corrigieran algunos de estos detalles creo que quedaría mucho mejor.

El trato es estupendo y las instalaciones.

Cons:

Lo único fue la habitación abuhardillada, que es ideal para personas jóvenes, pero cuando tienes una edad… es con mucha inclinación.
