Location is amazing! Worth having breakfast elsewhere :)
Pros:

location and staff - Monica and Roxanna were amazing!

Cons:

Breakfast was not so good. Everytime we got there the tables were dirty and the buffet was pending lots of reposition.

Great location, quite, clean
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable. Quiet; despite being there during May 2nd, we didn’t have any noise issues.

Cons:

Needed to watch your head in some areas of our room on the 4th floor, but this is likely why we got a good price.
Also there wasn’t bathroom ventilation but this has been true of hotels I’ve stayed in in Spain.

Locație excelentă: la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Puerta del Sol
Personalul excelent, ne-a ajutat cu rezervarea la un spectacol de flamenco, am putut închina un pahar de șampanie oferit de ei cu ocazia zilei de naștere.
Camera cam mica, dar curată, așternuturi și prosoape curate.

l’emplacement

Cons:

chambre minuscule et insalubre avec l’ensemble du support de douche pas fixé laissant apparaître l’arrière, lavabo dans la chambre avec humidité sur plafond, demande de changement de chambre ou geste commercial non accordé, juste une fixation de la douche par les techniciens après signalement. chambre également très mal isolée. cet hôtel ne vaut vraiment pas ces 4 étoiles et son prix de presque 700€ pour 3 nuit dans un cagibi insalubre et mal isolé.
