Cons:

El aire acondicionado salía muy flojo y no podíamos ni bajarlo ni subirlo porque lo controla el hotel. No nos lo solucionaron pero nos subieron un ventilador potente que con él y el poco AA nos bastó. Tambien nos tocó la habitación con vistas a un patio interior y habia un ruido que cada 5 o 10 minutos se oiga.

Good location, great breakfast, friendly and predictable service. I used Petit Palace chain for many years in my commutes to Madrid.

Cons:

The mattresses and pillows were a bit hard, not as cozy as you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The Santa Barbara branch was comfier.

Un encanto en plaza del Carmen

La ubicación en pleno centro. A 2 cuadras de la Gran Via y 2 de la Puerta del Sol.
El desayuno muy completo, variado y casero. Veronica la encargada del desayuno muy cordial y servicial. La atención del personal también excelente y muy serviciales.

Cons:

Las habitaciones algo chicas pero compensa con lo moderno y limpio que es el hotel. Servicio de café, té, hielo, agua en el lobby.
