Very good stay

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Location in centre of city, with easy walk to most tourist locations.

Cons:

People rough sleeping in the Plaza del Carmen, maybe because of the mass demonstrations against housing costs.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado y la recepción siempre gente muy bien dispuesta a cualquier consulta, ayudar. Cuando nos ibamos además del saludo se ofreció a llamar un taxi. Muy amables.

Pros:

Near playa sol . At the centre of Madrid.
Safe location with lots of police officers near the streets.
Personnel 10/10 were professionals.

Cons:

Room had a private bathroom, but the frame of the bathroom door was not concealed, therefore if someone was in the bathroom he didn’t had privacy. Pictures are uploaded. I believe that could be fixed somehow, that is just bad work of the person who worked on the bathroom door.

It’s a 4 star hotel things like that should not even happen.

Rooms don’t have noise cancellation, people who walk at the corridor should be more considerate to not talk very loud.
