Pros:

Near playa sol . At the centre of Madrid.
Safe location with lots of police officers near the streets.
Personnel 10/10 were professionals.

Cons:

Room had a private bathroom, but the frame of the bathroom door was not concealed, therefore if someone was in the bathroom he didn’t had privacy. Pictures are uploaded. I believe that could be fixed somehow, that is just bad work of the person who worked on the bathroom door.

It’s a 4 star hotel things like that should not even happen.

Rooms don’t have noise cancellation, people who walk at the corridor should be more considerate to not talk very loud.

Nice, Clean Hotel, Great location and Breakfast
Pros:

The property is located back off the street, great location - walking distance to the Plaza Mayor, shopping and restaurants. Nice court yard out in front. The breakfast was very good! The staff were friendly, and helpful.

Dobre śniadanie i ładna łazienka.

Cons:

Pokój trudno ocenić okno które wychodziło na mur sąsiedniego budynku! Masakra w pokoju czajnik bez podłączenia do prądu . Kubki papierowe chyba do kawy lub herbaty. . Zupełnie nie zgadzam się z opiniami o tym hotelu. Jeśli nawet pokój był standard to jakieś podstawowe zasady powinny obowiązywać!
