Wonderful, just need to fix a couple things in room.
Pros:

Loved the remodel, the bed was comfy and everyone was nice.

Cons:

The look of black mold near the ceiling of our room, and the drawers were messed up they didn't stay closed. Switches to no lights. It's dark in places.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours de Thibodeaux et Houma

Cons:

Le service n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous étions 3, mais toujours que 2 serviettes dans la salle de bain. La chambre n'a pas été faite. Pas de thé au petit déjeuner. Certain personnel n'était pas très agréable, ni volontaire pour aider.

Hôtel à peu près bien . Un peu sale . Les chambres sentaient l’humidité nous avons demandé à changer de chambre.

Very disappointing !

Cons:

The maintenance of the property was greatly diminished since our last stay. The hotel smelled old and dirty….our room had a terrible old worn mattress…there was a broken window pain …we had an insect problem (strange looking spiders which I saw and killed 4 over the 3 day stay)…the lighting in the doorway was removed so it was hard to see in the closet….the overhead light in the bathroom didn’t work.

Definitely wont recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The customer service agent the morning of our checkout was willing to listen and even apologize for the state of our suite when checking and the mixup on bed size. She contacted the head of housekeeping to ensure the room would be properly cleaned and the furniture inspected to make sure everything was clean and/or replaced. Our suite was very spacious.

Cons:

The lobby had a mold/ mildew spell when we first entered the building. We booked a king suite and received a queen suite that had not been cleaned, there were dirty wash cloths hanging from the shower curtain, the bathtub was filthy and slimy (I cleaned it myself), we were given two towels total for three people, the chair in the living room looked like it had been in the room since the 80’s and not cleaned once. Our sheets had not been changed, there was long hair on the sheets when we turned the bed back for the night. We were given a 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no extra linens for the couch bed. To say the least it wasn’t a pleasant stay. After a long day at the softball fields we were all ready for showers and quite time, but had to start cleaning and changing bedding, and getting all of the necessary items ourselves before being able to do so. The fake leather on the bench at the end of the bed was dry rotted and stuck to our clothes we laid out the night before.
