Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile I-65@ Airport Blvd

Our high school bowling team stayed here twice in January 2026. From the first time talking to Heather about getting a block or rooms through check out, she was amazing. She went above and beyond with getting us set up not once but twice for a big group. She also added little details to make the stay even more personable. The property was great. It was clean and well taken care of. The staff were amazing. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend.

We experienced issues with our car and both the recepcionist and maintenance supervisor went out of their way to assistant and get us on our way

From the moment you step through the doors here, you are welcomed and FEEL welcome. It's just pure southern hospitality that comes through everywhere. The front desk person was Kim and she was awesome! Truthfully though we did not meet single employee that did not exude hospitality! We have stayed in hundreds of Hampton Inns over the years and this is definitely in the Top 3! If anyone does not know what 'southern hospitality' truly is, we suggest that you stay here and see. A delight and we will go out of our way to stay here again in the future. For total transparency though (and this is nothing the staff could do differently) but the road noise was surprisingly loud. This road is hotel row so I'm sure the others experience the same. Next time we will ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. Doesn't take away from this great team. PS--sparkling clean as well!!!!

I do not like animals in the hotel where I am staying I am very asthmatic.
Otherwise, we have stayed at this Hampton for several years. First time I have seen animals in the hotel.
Our room was nice, clean and the breakfast good.

My stay would have been ten times better if they offered other breakfast meats besides pork products.Everyone can’t or don’t eat pork meat

Wish they left face hand soup by bathroom sink. Lighting for entrance need to be improved. Everything else was great

When I look for a hotel I look for one with a pool. The pool was closed due to pump down although I know this stuff happens, it was still what I require when staying at a hotel. The next day the pool was open but the water looked green so I couldn’t use it again. There was no decafe coffee on the second day in the breakfast area or lobby area the entire day. There was stays all the way down the hallway from what looked like a leaking trash cart. The staff was friendly.

There was only one caffeinated coffee in the room with three decaffeinated coffees. Also when I got in the shower the shower gel container was empty so I had to use shampoo to wash

The bed was comfortable but the pillows need replacing or buy a better quality. The breakfast was nice.

I just want to express my appreciation for the staff. We had a family emergency and had to come to mobile. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.
