Solicité cuarto en planta baja o primer piso porque le temo a los temblores pero el cuarto no tenía la misma calidad ni comfort que los cuartos de los pisos de arriba; olía a cigarro y le falta limpieza; En el restaurante: hace falta lavar la alfombra y la calidad de los alimentos del desayuno del bufete es mala.
